FlipKey is looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our growing company. The primary focus of this position is on complex Web related software development covering the full range of the web stack.

FlipKey is looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join and help our growing company. The person in this position will work closely with the FlipKey Engineering Team as well as Customer Care and Sales Staff. The bulk of the work will be in Python, and you will use databases extensively.

Customer Outreach Associate (Boston, MA)

FlipKey is seeking a Customer Outreach Associate, who will take responsibility for managing relationships with our independent vacation rental owner customers who list their properties with FlipKey. This individual will proactively contact current customers regarding various aspects of their accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact current customers via phone regarding various issues, including account upgrades and billing issues
- Assist customers in the completion of property listings to comply with FlipKey’s guidelines and be published on the site
- Manage reactivation process for recurring subscription customers who had a failed credit card transaction
- Work individually with existing customers providing recommendations to optimize their listings and upgrade to longer term subscription plans
- Conduct winback and information gathering communications for customers leaving the program
