The terrace offer wide views on the unspoilt hills towards the south-west and coastal views. On walking distance are a bakery and a supermarket. The house distances just 1 km from the nice beach Rena Bianca and 1 km from the Pevero Golf club.

Casa Fusco is near Abbiadori, a tiny village located on a hill that dominates the chic area Cala di Volpe, part of glamorous Porto Cervo.
