Golf, riding, Mission Raceway, Castle Fun Park, Adventure Zone are also close. Then there's all that Vancouver has to offer, without the prices and noise! We are in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The Bertness' provided a comfortable place for me to assimilate into abbotsfords culture. I stayed several weeks during a relocation process and their kind, genuine nature was welcoming during this transition period.
The accommodations were clean, up to date and adequate for a short overnight, or even a long-term stay.
The location is central and easy to get around from with bus service just down the street and close to shopping.
I liked their friendly and welcoming attitude the most.
