Tastefully restored Listed cottage with the most AMAZING SEA VIEWS, direct access to coastal path along which is the award winning Blue Flag Silversands Beach (pictured), a stretch of fine almost white sand sloping very gently into the sea. At either end of the beach are numerous rockpools ideal for exploring hermit crabs & shrimps. If you are lucky you may spot the seals that live on Incholm Island frollocking offshore.

The picturesque village of Aberdour has much to offer by way of shops, restaurants and is walkable (c 20 mins) along the coastal path or a short drive. From here there is a regular train service every 30 minutes taking you on the short journey into the centre of Edinburgh making this the perfect location from which to enjoy the coast and the delights of our Capital city at the same time.

Lovely cottage, cosy but plenty of space. Perfect walk along coastal path to silver sands for ice creams.
Lovely views from the patio, peace and quiet only occasionally interrupted by the chickens in the eggloo! -

Best holiday let I ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, fitted to highest standard and overlooking the sea. The owner is so friendly bringing us warm freshly home baked scones with cream and jam along with a basket of other goodies including a lovely bottle of wine. We had a great time despite the snow and found it so relaxing sitting in the hot tub overlooking the sea even with snowflakes falling on my head. Very close to aberdour and the lovely Fife coast. Would really recommend this house.

Ali was extremely welcoming and helpful, she even rushed to the local dry cleaners for us which was unbelievably helpful for my husband on a short trip turnaround!
The house is located overlooking the Firth of Forth, the gardens and view are stunning. The house is tastefully decorated with luxurious furnishings. It suited the two of us with teenager very well with it's proximity by rail into Edinburgh - just 30 mins. If you want proximity to the city but come "home" to views and comfort, this is for you.

We had a nice week at Easter Bendameer. Alison was very friendly and we never had such a welcome with fresh baked bread, fresh baked apple pie and eggs. The family is very lovely. The cottage was very clean and comfortable.
The view to the sea and to Edinburgh was beautiful. We went to Edinburgh with the train and took a trip around the coast. The week run very fast. We will come back to this lovely cottage if we are again in Scotland. -

The cottage is very well fitted and decorated. Outside the view towards Edinburgh across the Sea is amazing.
Edinburgh is easy to reach by train from aberdour, the village next to the cottage.
There are plenty of things to do and see in this area.
