Very nice spacious cottage with two bathrooms and a sunny balcony with view. Good bed, kind and helpful owners. Very good location for walks just from your doorstep and visiting a large amount of Scottish highlights (and Highlands of course!). All right, if I have to give soms advices on improvement: Sofa could be better seated and it would also have been nice if there had been some films and a dvd-player, but apart from that: perfect perfect!

the cottage was great. very clean , very nice people lovely "dog friend "who pops round now and then ,lots of nice walks ,long or short up to you ,village shops and pups within walking distance no problem walking los of thing to do or see you will love it go now i would definatly go back .

This cottage has lovely views,and a nice patio area to sit out and enjoy.Kitchen is nice but lacks some basic self catering equipment.(eg.serving spoons).The sitting area needed more lights as it was to dim to read. Some of these things may have been sorted as i put in visitor book that it was a nice cottage spoiled by lack of small things.

The Bothy was all that we hoped for and more. Set in the most peaceful and beautiful setting with views all around. we could not believe how quiet it was and so handy for the town.
Cons: couldn't figure out how the washing machine worked, could have used instructions.
There was 1 elecrical socket that appeared not to be working. -

Great location in a quit area in a kind place. Aberfeldy has lots of walking en biking possibility's. There are also lots of interesting places to visit.

We had a lovely time staying in this cottage. It was in a great location within walking distance of aberfeldy and easy commuting distance of many other attractions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable although perhaps lacked some of the personal touches that we have seen in other cottages. It had lovely views and a nice outside area with table and chairs for when the weather wasn't too bad! We would definitely consider a return visit.

A wonderful view, nice, clean rooms in the middle of beautyful landscape, a perfect cottage for 2 persons.
We are looking forward to come again to aberfeldy and the beautiful cottage. -

Lovely little property and quiet. Great kitchen; warm throughout house. There's room for a bath in downstairs washroom. That would have been nice. And why not put the beds together and add a bedside table? But a very pleasant place and handily situated in walking distance of the town and the birks.

This lovely cottage was situated in a lovely area,very quiet,but for sounds of birds,and waterfall from Birks below us.Very conveniently situated.Very near the well served town,and ideal for touring,north,south,east and west of aberfeldy in all directions. Travel through mountain roads through glens,and alongside lochs. The Birks are a must visit..Wet days we had a couple,so went to Crieff,where we visited Famous Grouse Experience,and on to Visitor Centre.

We had a warm Welcome by Pia, the Owner. The Bothy is a lovely, cosy Cottage on Croftness Farm in aberfeldy. It`s quiet and very well equipped. Also a French Press exists, for Coffee Lovers :-)

The cottage itself we found very comfortable, and the brand new kitchen/eating area was excellent. It was very well equipped, especially considering it is only a 2 person home, with washing machine and dishwasher, etc. the one thing missing which we might have expected was some sort of coffee machine.
To be honest, we wanted for nothing. Perthshire is our favourite part of Scotland, and the setting of this little Bothy is sublime, with wonderful views, yet so near the conveniences of aberfeldy. -
