Shop, pub, post office, bank & zip wire tree top adventure course are all a few minutes’ walk away. Note: Access to accommodation is via an internal staircase. There is a coombed ceiling in one of the bedrooms and the sitting room. Note: Due to the coombed ceilings, the accommodation will be compact when fully occupied.

Aberfoyle itself offers a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs and is situated just a 20 minute drive from the shores of Loch Lomond. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

I a very well equipped cottage in a good location for both local amenities and for travel. We used aberfoyle as a base to explore large parts of Scotland and for some rambling. It was perfect for our needs.
Only note of caution is that access is via 2 flights of stairs so anyone not able for this best to avoid.
