This semi detached bungalow is located in Abergele in North Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Avalon is a semi-detached cottage in the North Wales coastal village of Abergele. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to the beach and within easy reach of the mountains of Snowdonia, Avalon is a lovely family holiday home.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Had a great time there.
Place was spotlessly clean and there were things in there for us to use like Milk, Bread, Flowers, lots of lists of places to see etc that sort of basics - nice touch by the owner.
We liked it as it was about 10 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to Tesco.
Very quiet.
Nice neighbours who were very helpful.
Parking on the drive.
Secluded back garden that caught the morning sun.
Front garden that caught the evening sun.
Well appointed.
Comfortable seats in the lounge, Bed comfortable.
Games & reading material available.
Spotlessly clean.
Nice Kitchen to work in if you wanted to cook yourself.
Good range of cooking utensils, It is the renters home and they move out to rent it out so it is.
