This self contained apartment within the owner's property is able to sleep four people and is located just a couple of miles from the popular watersports haven of Abersoch in North Wales. Paradwys is a self contained apartment within the owner's grounds close to the small seaside town of Abersoch in North Wales. All on one level, this cottage has a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom suitable for children, making it a lovely holiday home for a family. The property also boasts a family shower room and an open plan living area containing a fitted kitchen, dining table and a small sitting area. Outside the cottage is a walled garden with a patio... and outside furniture as well as space to park one car and a boat. Being so close to Abersoch, Paradwys is an ideal cottage for any watersports enthusiast or for a family wishing to explore the beautiful countryside of North Wales.

Shop 0.5 miles, pubs 2 miles. Note: Max. 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under only. Note: Low ceiling height, max. 6’3”.

Town: The village of Abersoch is situated on the Lleyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. Situated between two glorious bays, Abersoch is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and many sailing events are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. Watersports enthusiasts are particularly well catered for, especially windsurfing, waterskiing and dinghy sailing. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  The cottage is actually an apartment below the people that own it. The building is on a slope with the owners in like a detached bungalow above with a level below where we stayed. It has an enclosed walled garden with a lawn surrounded with bushes and flowers, it was very secluded and ideal for sunbathing, all sunloungers etc are supplied. The location was ideal for getting around the Llyn penisula and the car paking space was ample. The accommodation was adequate with the kitchen and lounge all in one. there are two bedrooms one double one twin,these are a bit small but you can get around ok. My only reservstion was the double bed, it made a high pitched squeak when you got in & out, so when you got up for the toilet your parner was disturbed.
  The owner is very friendly and she greets you when you arrive showing all the ins & outs of the cottage.
  There is a post office about a mile away which is really a general grocery store with an off licence and daily papers
