This magnificent 3/bedroom 3/bath and open den condo is situated directly on the beach.The condo is beautifully decorated and includes a full time maid 10 am -5 pm daily,There is WIFI and cable TV in every room as well as free long distance calling to the US and Canada.local calls are also included in the price of the condo.
The condo has complimentary open bar for all alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well as free fruit and vegetable plates.
There is a men and woman's separate spa,library,pool table,full state of the art gym with TVS at each station,weights,steam rooms,lockers,jungle gym for kids,barbecues

The condo is located on the beach.The beach is very quiet since the only way to get there is through the condo.The condo has 24 hour security.
One block from the condo is a pharmacy,Starbucks,and many restaurants that are with in walking distance The location is ideal since you have the quiet of the beach but the advantage to having lots of different stores and restaurants only a block away.All water sports are directly on the beach in front of the condo.You can hear the waves crashing on the sand in the apt in the evening.

This is a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it, and plan to stay there again personally if possible.
It is a penthouse condo with 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, a huge living area, and a large nice balcony. It is right on the beach with easy access to all the beach activities. It has a very nice private pool with hot tub and open bar.
There are many local conveniences, so it was easy to get the things we needed for the stay.
All the people we encountered were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were available 24/7 and were very friendly. The bar staff were also first class with excellent service.
Maria provides excellent personalised service from 9 - 5pm each day. She was wonderful and good fun.
Tips:
- It might be a little difficult for cab drivers to find, so I would recommend printing a map and taking it with you.
- It helps to speak a little Spanish. Acapulco wasn't like other resort destinations in that most people didn't understand English fluently. So, if you don't speak any Spanish, you'll get by but will need to be patient and flexible.
This was my first trip to acapulco and first time using Tripadvisor to locate a vacation rental. It exceeded all my expectations! -

Really enjoyed our time in this penthouse apartment. Words and pictures cannot do it justice. Very relaxing, secluded and secure. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Maria, the maid was a great help in fixing meals and cleaning up and always very pleasent. We will be back.

Everything in the condo was expertly described. There were six of us and we all could not say enough about our accommodations. So many little extras we didn't expect. Mari the housekeeper was fantastic and even provided an authentic Mexican meal for us. Our location was also great as we were in walking distance to WalMart and many restaurants. The owner provided several suggestions to us regarding deep sea fishing, taxi and sight seeing guides etc. I think what we liked best was how quiet it was, the view and especially the pool and beach. Not to mention the great bartenders at the pool. What a fabulous vacation spot. Thank you so much!

MY EXPERIENCE AT THE PH CONDO HAS BEING WONDERFUL!!! THE CONDO HAS A LOT OF SPACE, VERY CONFORTABLE, AND BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE STAYING THERE. IT ALSO HAS THE LOVELY BEACH VIEW, ITS VERY PEACEFULL.
THE SERVICE AT THE POOL IS GREAT AND MY DAUGHTER LOVES TO PLAY IN THE SAND...WICH IS A FEW STEPS AWAY.
MY HUSBAND AND I ENJOY THE JACUZZI NEXT TO THE BAR...
IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GREAT VACATION I REALLY RECOMEND THIS CONDO!!!
