The condo, located in an exclusive 8-unit terraced building within a gated community with 24x7 access control and security, is near the vintage modernist villas in Las Brisas and within easy reach of fashionable, Zagat-rated restaurants.

The fresh water infinity pool is located 20 m above sea level and offers a breathtaking view of the bay. Down below, the property’s own private sea water pool has calm waters and is perfect for snorkeling or a leisurely afternoon swim.

The 3 bedroom condo has a private area of 350 sq m (3,900 sq ft), plus a 100 sq m(1,100 sqft) private garden. The condo, a family vacation home, is impeccably maintained and the kitchen was totally refurbished in 2011 and includes all modern appliances and amenities. Some of the characteristics of the property are:

• 3 spacious bedrooms, each with 36 sq m (390 sq ft), closets and en-suite bathrooms. All have their private terraces overlooking the pool area and the sea 2 floors below. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 double beds.

• Spacious bar area, living and dining room for 10 people with guest ½ bathroom, leading to an open-air 80 sq m (860 sq ft) terrace area with a superb view of the ocean and the Acapulco bay, where you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins and humpback whales from November to March.

• Spacious, air-conditioned kitchen with 20 sq m (220 sq ft) and lots of counter space and a central island.

• Housekeeping Service (9AM – 4PM for cleaning, washing and breakfast). Catered meals can be arranged by request (optional).

• Individually controlled air conditioning throughout.

• Weber outdoor gas grill.

• Complete laundry area, complete with washer and dryer.

• Flatscreen television with DVD player.

• Parking.

• Wireless internet.

• Elevator to the lobby area.

Additional Location Information

The building is set far from the main road and it is accessible via a "cul-de-sac", therefore street noise does not reach the condo, offering the best of both worlds. It is quiet. It is also central and quite close to the best 4 restaurants in town: Zibu, Beco al Mare, Baikal and Señor Frogs.

Popular public beaches, with their colorful sunshades,are a few minutes away.

Taxi service is very affordable and will pick you up at the condo's main door.

  The view is stunning. The bedrooms very spacious with excellent cupboard space and lovely bathrooms. Living room extremely comfortable and well furnished. The terrace is fabulous, we where there in December/January and ate all meals on the terrace.The pool is fantastic.Lots of fun bars and good restaurants in acapulco. A wonderful place that I,my husband plus teenage boys would go back to again & again.
