Beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa for rent by 2 day minimum, week or month. With maid, cook and caretaker included. Anita, the cook, prepares wonderful meals with food bought fresh daily by her husband Emilio. Just order what you would like (cost of food not included) and Emilio buys it in the morning and Anita prepares it for you.

There is a fee for additional guests above the first four. The fees are based on the number of guests and the number of bedrooms that they will be using.

Getting around

When we stay at the villa, we travel to Acapulco by bus and leave our car at home. We use local taxis with drivers whom we have known for years. They are reliable and safe. Their rates are inexpensive and they charge by the trip or hour. If you want to go out to a restaurant, the driver will take you there, wait for you and bring you home for a reasonable fee. We also can provide you with transportation to and from the airport.

Interaction with guest

We are available to help you with your questions by phone, email, Whatsapp and Messenger. The daughter of Anita, Norma, speaks English and is available to help you if you don't speak Spanish.

Response from the owner Silvia and her friend made a booking for for 5 nights verbally but did not pay a deposit to secure the room. When I had a request for those dates, I contacted her and warned her that someone was going to book her dates. As with all other hotels and airbnbs, I do not consider a reservation confirmed until a deposit is made. Since Silvia did not make a payment, the dates remained open and another group booked the villa. I was surprised when I got a call from Silvia saying that she was on her way to Acapulco and expected to stay at the villa. This was June and all the hotels were closed due to the pandemic. I let her stay overnight while she looked for another place to stay. I offered her food even though we were unprepared for her unannounced arrival. I'm sorry that she blames me for her naivety, but she should know that one must submit a credit card or pay before a reservation is confirmed. In answer to her other allegations, we are surrounded by jungle in a private location. There are mosquito screens on all the doors and windows. If the screen doors are kept closed, no insects can enter. Our entrance lane is rugged but all passenger cars can pass without problems. Our staff gets praise for their service and attention to customer's needs. All of our advertisements state that the beach is a ten minute walk down the mountain and the return is difficult for the infirm or unfit. Lastly, we are not located in Pie de la Cuesta. We are midway between Acapulco and Pie de la Cuesta at a private beach called Playa Mimosa. Judith Buenrostro.
