Villa Palmira B is an elegant 80-square-meter (about 861 square feet) home which sleeps eight people. It features a private terrace and shared swimming-pool and garden, all with a wonderful view of the sea and the coast.
It is equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, satellite-dish TV, and parking space.
Villa Palmira B has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, two living-rooms with a divan bed and a kitchenette, and a spacious terrace.
The place
Villa Palmira is a beautiful villa built to be a vacation home. It features terraces facing the sun and the sea. It is 500 meters (about 1,640 feet) away from the... sea and located in a prominent position next to a promontory overlooking the bay of Acciaroli . It is a three-storey building, isolated and surrounded by 3000 square meters (about 32,292 square feet) of fenced-in garden. You will be about 1 km (about 0.6 miles) away from Acciaroli, old fishermen’s hamlet which has become a famous tourist place. All you will see is an uncontaminated angle of the Parco Nazionale del Cilento (National Park of Cilento ): around and to the back of the villa is the verdant hill covered in Mediterranean vegetation, right in front of an endless horizon of blue sea.
In front of the main façade of the house you will find a garden which is lush and shady due to its high palm trees and crowns of pines, whose spaces between one and the other reveal the blue of the sea. To the sides of the house and around the swimming-pool, the garden is a green and sun-drenched lawn decorated with flowery bushes and beds of succulent plants. In this part of the garden you will have an endless view of the blue of the sea, really close, the coast, and the area stretching from the port of Acciaroli up to Capo Palinuro , to the south of the gulf of Salerno .
Next to the swimming-pool, available to the guests of the villa, there is an elegant bar and a restaurant.
In the village of Acciaroli you will have bus service, a tourist port, and streets to stroll along the sea, filled with shops, bars, and restaurants.
The center of Acciaroli can be easily reached on foot through a footpath which is about 500 meters (about 1,640 feet) long.
The swimming pool
At Villa Palmira a shared swimming-pool of 15 x 7 meters (about 49 x 23 feet) will be available to you. The swimming-pool is placed in the middle of a green lawn facing the blue of the sea and the sky. Around the swimming-pool you will have a wide sun-drenched area furnished with umbrellas and sun loungers.
While lying on the white sun loungers, all you will see is the blue of the sea.
The swimming-pool is bathed by the sun from the moment it rises behind the hill until it sets down far in the horizon and above the sea. And in the evenings, around the pool, you will find several little tables of the bar and the restaurant therein. The area is discreetly and nicely lit: you will be able to dine under the starry sky and enjoy the moon’s reflection in the sea…
The swimming-pool opens from the first of April to the 30th of October.
The house
Villa Palmira B is on the first floor, and you can reach it after climbing a 20-step outdoor staircase. You arrive on the terrace, furnished with a table with chairs and featuring a beautiful view of the sea and the coast.
Two patio doors will lead you from the terrace to the house. The two patio doors take you to two different rooms. Villa Palmira B actually consists of two similar apartments which look out on the same terrace and are rented together. In each apartment you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living-room. In each living-room you will find a table with chairs, a double divan bed, a telephone, a satellite-dish TV, and a kitchenette. Each kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove and a fridge.
Moreover, laundry services are available upon request.
At Villa Palmira you will have a parking space available. Having a car is advisable.
The beaches
At Villa Palmira you will be close to some of the most beautiful beaches of the Parco Nazionale del Cilento. The nearest beach is only 700 meters (about 2 296.5 feet) away, consisting of cobbles and transparent waters. Only 1 km (about 0.6 miles) away you will find the long sandy beach of Acciaroli. The sea is clean and transparent and the sand is fine and golden, a true paradise for your kids to have fun. Every year, and for many years, such beaches have been awarded the European ‘Bandiera Blu’ (Blue Flag for the quality standards of beaches during bathing season).
You can enjoy the beaches free of charge or even use the services of one of the several beach establishments, which offer rental of umbrellas and sun loungers during summer and feature bar and restaurants as well. You can also rent boats and practice water sports.

The area has bus services. The nearest railway station is in Agropoli .
In Acciaroli you will find a well-equipped tourist and fishing port. From spring to fall, there is a ferry service which connects Acciaroli to Palinuro, San Marco di Castellabate , Agropoli, Salerno, Amalfi, Positano , Capri, Sorrento and Naples . Visiting the coast by sea will be easy, fun, and economical.
At the port of Acciaroli you will be able to rent private boats, join one-day mini-cruises along the coast, go snorkeling, or go fishing.
The nearest airport is the one in Naples (about 130 km away or about 81 miles away)
