Ghana VAT on top of rent; rent paid in advance of stay. Price per night is for entire house, therefore if additional guests are accommodated, the price does not change. It also includes once weekly cleaning of bedrooms and daily cleaning of comunal areas, compound, security and utilities. House can accomodate 4-8 persons (that is 4 singles or 4 couples), each single or couple in a room. More than enough comunal space for more than 8 persons. Please enquire at least 4 weeks in advance of your trip (and book at least two weeks in advance of the start of your occupancy).
