This house is so unique that Coastal Living magazine did a feature article w/ photos in 2006 and Downeast Magazine did an article along w/ the front page full COVER photo 2009.
It is absolutely gorgeaous inside and out, sits on the waters edge on over 2 acres, totally private, unbelievable sunsets, walking/hiking trails, well maintained gardens, stars though the bedroom skylights. Wildlife abounds, seals, eagles, ospreys, falcons, dolphins lobster boats and don't forget the local lobsters!

The house is located in South Addison on an area called Cape Split. It is a peninsula that has the beautiful Atlantic Ocean all around it!
It is an hours drive to Acadia National Park and to Canada in the other direction. There are lots of little fishing villiages around, hiking trails and area things to see and do. Lots of renters like to go kayaking.
The house is perfect for a couple or two.
