DISTURBANCE TO OUR NEIGHBOURS, INCLUDING EXCESSIVE NOISE,IS PROHIBITED.
NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER STATED on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Note: Variances to bookings can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
The Deposit of 20% is non refundable and it has secured the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental is due in full 7 - 10 days before arrival.

Stayed here for Womad this year and was a 10 minute down Frome St to get in. Everything you could need here including a laundry and dryer. Well appointed with big flat screen Tv, not that we had time to watch it. There are several good coffee shops /cafes in the square below and if you were despareate enough late at night there is a 24 hr Hungry Jacks around the corner. Well situated for the shopper, 5 minute amble to Rundle mall. If I had to make a criticism it would be nice to have a second towel.

Great location. Quality accommodation. Excellent facilities. Perfect for gathering friends and family together.
Much better value and quality accommodation than any hotel in adelaide.
Barry and Tracy have a number of options depending on your needs.

This serviced apartment is a two-minute walk away from Rundle Mall, which is great for us shopaholics. The view of the city was lovely, and it was in a nice part of town. We didn't manage to use the gym and the pool but it's shared with Crowne Plaza and is clean, new, and well-maintained. Our hosts, Tracey and Barrie, were super-friendly and made us feel completely at home. The flat is new, clean, comfortable, and I couldn't possibly find anything negative to say about it at all! We were able to cook our own meals since Woolworths supermarket is just down the street. Would definitely stay here the next time we're in adelaide :)

The five of us ladies had a lovely time in adelaide. The apartment in Hindmarsh Square was fabulous, we enjoyed the views, the high quality finishes in the apartment and Barrie and Tracey were most helpful. We have no hesitation recommending this property to other travellers, you won't regret it !

"Luxury in the Sky" The name says it all. We could not fault this property!. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the views - 14 stories up and almost 270 degrees over the city and hills. The spacious apartment is decorated tastefully and has all the modern conveniences you would expect in such a property. The cleanliness of the apartment is faultless. Owners Barrie and Tracey showed us all around the apartment and how to use the electronic security for the building ground floor entry, lift and apartment. The carpark is also fully secure. Barrie also made some recommendations on nearby restaurants which we took advantage of and enjoyed some terrific dining.
The location is very central with the adelaide arcade across the road leading through to Rundle Mall and the river a short walk beyond. Other sights within a short stroll are the adelaide Markets, Botanic Parks and the Zoo.
If you want a bit of luxury in a modern apartment centrally located then you'll have a difficult time finding better. -

This is truly a 5-star apartment you will not regret staying ! The views are stunning! My friends and I were in absolute awe! I wish I owned the apartment!! Very spacious, comfortable and modern. Tracey, Barry and Kate were very friendly to communicate with. They were also very willing to help. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to indulge in luxury !

This was a great experience both in the view and location in adelaide central.
Very comfortable and modern accommodation.
Suggest provide better cleaning materials for glass tops over work benches. Smears easily. Suggest chipped cups and crockery be replaced. overall great time.Response from Barrie and Tracey White - 10/13/2011

Fabulous, well appointed and beautifully maintained property with spectacular views over the city and adelaide Hills and was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The position of the apartment block on Hindmarsh Square means that you are central to nearly everything that adelaide has to offer. Barry and Tracey are very welcoming and we would definitely stay here again.
