It is newly renovated with high quality fittings & the furnishings are all new. This is great for 2 families travelling together as there is plenty of open space. It can accommodate from 2 to 6 people with more room to spare.

This apartment is in the middle of the city. Across the road is Rundle Mall - main shopping strip. A 3 minute walk takes you to the free city tram - from there you can visit the casino, Central Market, China Town and the train station. Great base to visit Art Gallery, museum, zoo, Festival Centre, Barossa Wine Region, Glenelg Beaches and throughout the year there are festivals to keep all visitors happy.

City Central Penthouse is one of the few places we've been that delivered more than it promised. It was much larger than we imagined, immaculate but homey, and able to sleep four of us very comfortably. We couldn't believe the price, which was a bit cheaper than sleeping in a five-star hotel but with ten times the room, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony! The location was perfect: great coffee across the road, supermarket 5 minutes away, tram down the block to the markets, and nightlife in every direction if we wanted it, but also secluded from the revellers on the Rundle Mall.
The penthouse was stocked with everything we needed to cook and live like we would at home.
Lyn was friendly and helpful, and able to answer any questions we had about wine tours or local events, even printing a map and directions for us on arrival.
We had other friends in adelaide at the time who were staying in hotels, and we felt sorry for them.
Overall, staying at the Penthouse played a large part in our enjoyment of adelaide. It just made everything easier to have so much room and comfort, in such a convenient location. Many thanks. -

Fabulous place - Very luxurious - Loved it.
The place is very well decorated and everything is as is in the picture plus more. Second kitchen comes in handy, the main kitchen is well fitted for a chef. There is ducted air conditioning to every room so we were more than comfortable. It was clean and tidy throughout. The balcony was quite large. The car park was great for our 4WD. Lyn, our host was very professional and even though it was late in the even, she showed us through and gave us a few pointers for visiting adelaide. A definite thumbs up. -

The service received was always exceptional from the first point of contact up until after we had departed. Friendly, understanding and genuine hospitality has made this an accommodation I would definitely recommend. The location of the apartment is ideal with public transport right at the doorstep as well as a taxi rank. It is also conveniently located within the shopping district and everything is within an easy walk. The accommodation itself was very clean and well presented. Thank you for a great memorable stay.

Location was fabulous, within adelaide's CBD, minutes walk to main shopping precinct, abundance of eateries, especially during the work week. Secure parking was offered at a small fee, but so worth it. Entry and egress was great, with Grenfell Street allowing clear exit to all areas of adelaide. Adelaide is a very pretty city, and the apartment was a bonus. I will definitely use the apartment again when next visiting adelaide.

This was a great place - more than met our expectations. This suited our large family group - Large wrap around balcony, upstairs has its own kitchen and added privacy. Downstairs the main kitchen well equipped. The master bedrooms were large - and high quality fitting to the ensuite. Spa was a great bonus. Very modern tastefully decorated. It was great value for money.
