    The island of Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian archipelago, ideal for those who want to make trekking.
    The Archaeological Museum is the largest in Italy.
    The Terme di San Calogero is known for its healing properties.
    Among the many sights very nice one is the observatory where you can see Vulcan, as if it were at hand.
    The white beaches particular for the white sand is the bottom of the clear sea.
    The beach of canneto equipped with many bathing beaches is all you need.

    How to get to Lipari?
    By plane: the nearest airport are in Catania, Palermo and Reggio Calabria. From Catania and palermo you can rent a bus transfer from and to the airport. From Reggio Calabria you can take a direct hydrofoil Reggio-Lipari.

    By train: The nearest train station is in Milazzo. To arrive in Lipari you ought to take a boat or hydrofoil from Milazzo port. With hydrofoil it takes 60 minutes, whilst with boat 2 hours.

      Wonderful sea view and a lot of well maintained plants

      Very lovely but discret lessor, they picked us up at the harbor at arrival and brought us to the harbor at the end of the holiday.
      The location of the house is quiet.
      The appartement is lovingly furnished. It has everything we needed, also a outdoor shower and a washmachine.
      The kitchen is practical, on the terrace it has enough shadow, there are a lot of plants. Beds were covered, the terrace was wipped.
      There is always enough hot water for showers.
      Different grocery stores can be reached on foot in a few minutes, also the bus stop and the sea.

      Fantastic Holiday in a fantastic house

      Left on 12/03/2012 for a stay in July 2012

      We have been in Lipari last summer in this house. It's a very beautiful house located in one of the best place of Lipari that is Canneto bay. The house is well kept and very clean. You can find all you need: kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with shower and always hot water, washmachine, iron, etc. But the best thing is the terrace sea view: fantastic.
      The owner Mrs. Carmela is very nice and always helpful.
