This New Holiday Villa is a lovely family vacation home.This fully air-conditioned luxurious villa is only 1 Km from the beach with great views around the area...! holidaymakers can enjoy all tourist attractions.

This large detached holiday villa (320 SQ Meters) is situated downtown, close to all amenities is ideal accommodation for families or groups and represents luxurious living with good security. It has 3 salons (lounges) large kitchen, barb-b-que, children’s playroom with a T.V, with bathroom, and secure parking, within the property.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, ample cupboards, wardrobes, and st...orage space. The master bedroom has an on suite bathroom, and separate T.V, and satellite system. Another bathroom also upstairs, 2 of the salons have air conditioning and one has 45 inch T.V and satellite system. There is also a large roof terrace and solarium, private garden, electric garage doors and security camera system to the front door.

From the terrace there are ocean views. The villa is situated 1 km to Agadir’s beautiful 6 Kilometer long sandy beach. Furnished tastefully throughout and is the last word in luxury living. Don’t be confused, this villa is located in central Agadir, and very close to Agadir town center, enjoying all of Agadir’s shops, and fine restaurant and most of all Agadir’s splendid corniche, and natural sandy beach.

The holiday villa has internet and Free airport transport is included on weekly bookings.

All Holiday makers who wish to book with our Company are required to pay 30% of the total amount of the booking to secure their bookings. Booking payments can be made either via bank transfer or PayPal .

Once we receive 30% of the booking amount , the rental contract is straight forward sent to the holiday makers.

PayPal : Accept all Cards and it is the safest and quickest way to make payments .

Our Company also arrange airport transfers for holiday makers at ÂŁ25 each way.

  3 Day stay in agadir

  I stayed here for three days with two other friends. Had an absolutely fantastic time. The Holiday Villa was spacious, comfortable and felt very secure. Mohamed from Best Home away was very accomodating and was always on hand to help if we had an queries or troubles. Although a little far away from the Medina and the beach, it has everything to make your stay a throughly pleasant and joyful occasion. I would defintely like to return one day

  A great base for an unforgettable holiday in the Miami of Morocc

  This property is even better than in the pictures. The amenities include: 24 friendly security, quiet locals, a roof terrace with ample space to dry your clothes in the afternoon Sun, close to the beach (ÂŁ1 taxi ride away), delicious local food and much more.. The home and away rep is a real gentleman, Mohammed saw to our every need, from food and local knowledge to organising a day trip to Marrakech. I have recommended the villa for all my family and friends who are looking for a cheap and very cheerful getaway. I was glad I stayed here rather than in one of the hotels.
