      great vacation

Left on 09/14/2012 for a stay in August 2012

Had a great vacation with my family, left a few suggestions at the office, other than that it was deligthful. I will definitey go back next year.

Great location, very clean and cozy.

Left on 12/31/2011 for a stay in December 2011

The house was very clean. We had a few issues with some plumbing, but the agency fixed it right away, nothing major. The beds were very comfortable, and the unit was updated recently so it presented very well. The location is very central to most of the Nshore Tahoe attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and typical of most in the area. We enjoyed the house and would recommend this home to friends.

The Glaser cabin is very comfortable!

Left on 12/27/2011 for a stay in November 2011

Our family really enjoyed the Glaser cabin. It was very clean, the kitchen has all the utensils needed. The hot tub worked really good. I loved the location, it's near the lake and north star. This cabin was just perfect for our family.

      Snowstorm

Left on 05/09/2011 for a stay in March 2011

The cabin was clean, the hot tub was hot, and the atmosphere was warm. We loved the place. There were a few inconveniences, including: the driveway wasn't shoveled out enough for us to get our truck in to easily; Agate Bay's office didn't have a visible sign outside after a snowstorm, so it took us forever to find the office to get the key, even though we drove past it multiple times; the wireless internet didn't work, and we were not granted any refund for that, and got a bit of attitude when I suggested it; we extended our stay for another night, and although I asked twice for a call back regarding the rental rate for that extra night, no one ever called -- they just charged my credit card; and the stove top didn't really work consistently which made for tricky cooking...

Very nice cabin at a reasonable price.

Left on 07/22/2010 for a stay in February 2010

Stayed here with a group of friends and we had a great time. Plenty of space/beds and a very nice kitchen and hot tub. Arrived late on Friday night and had a bit of trouble figuring out where to get the keys and which was the right house, but overall things were pretty smooth. The entertainment center doesn't have any extra power/input connections so don't bother bringing any game systems.

      nice stay

Left on 02/24/2010 for a stay in February 2010

Wish we would have stayed longer. Staff at office very helpful about helping with
weather conditions and getting out of town. Also allowed us to check in early.

      Really good.

We had a very relaxing stay

Left on 08/20/2009 for a stay in July 2009

The Glaser home is well placed on the lot, with the
deck in the back for a feeling of more privacy. The kitchen had a good stove & refigerator, but the
middle element of the toaster was not working, only the two on the sides. There was also a shortage of kitchen knives. There were only steak knives. We had to go out and buy a new knife. The upstairs bathroom is really STRANGE! Why is the toilet, shower head and sink all in the same room with no dividers of some sort? There were no instructions for the hot tub, so we did not know how to turn down the temperature of the water. But, all things considered, these were manageable inconvenieces, and we still had a very nice stay.
We would stay there again, especially if the upstairs bathroom was improved.

Left on 08/18/2009 for a stay in August 2009

Had a restful time and fun time at the Glaser House in Agate Bay. The house
was very convenient to various recreations, restaurants and gambling places.
ALso, the house if fully equipped with all the conveniences. However, we wish
we could have stayed longer, but had to return because of school and it is
expensive to stay another week. The best of staying at Agate Bay Swim
Club, etc. is the pool and snack shack. Especially when we have all the kids
staying with us. We just can't seem to get enough of sun and fun and the
people are so friendly. Looking forward to next year.

      So much fun

Left on 07/03/2009 for a stay in December 2008

Both of my kids enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it snowed. The back of house was perfect for playing in the snow. The house was comfortable and cozy and just the right size.
