This Tahoe pet friendly home is located in Agate Bay (between Kings Beach and Tahoe City) and is ideal for larger families. The main living area is upstairs and there is some additional living space downstairs that is perfect for kids. The brand new large deck area (about 800 sq. feet) offers a great setting for outdoor summer meals and has a filtered and pocket views of Lake Tahoe. The vacation rental home is only 1 mile from Patton Beach (pet/dog friendly) and close to Sandy Beach in Tahoe Vista, CA.

It was very comfortable, and we especially liked the deck and livingroom/kitchen area. We could have used a few extra chairs in the dining area. We loved being able to bring our dog with us.

Great for lots of people. Downstairs is great for kids/teens with their own bathroom and entrance. Upstairs has 3 rooms/2 baths and well equipped kitchen. Very large deck with filtered view of lake.

The house was great ! One of the best rental homes we have had in the agate Bay area. Because of the age of our group (over 80) we did have some problems with the stairs but we knew they were there and were able to manage them. The house is very well supplied with everything one would need. The kitchen is large, easy to work in and has everything needed. The laundry room was spacious and well suited for doing laundry easily.
The deck is wonderful and has beautiful trees and even a partial view of the lake between some of the trees.
The service and checkin and departure process was very easy with agate Bay Realty. One thing that needs improving is the downstairs flooring. It is uneven and could possibly cause someone to fall. -

We rented this cabin for two families (6 adults, 4 kids). The cabin was clean, relatively large, and well organized. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure to cook in (we did a good deal of cooking). The sitting area and two bedrooms downstairs were great for the kids, but might not be suitable for adults as the ceiling is low and the floor is uneven. It would have been nice to have a larger, more up-to-date TV in the downstairs. The deck was wonderful; very large and recently redone. The neighbors were friendly. We were a little disappointed that the rental price did not include pool access (somehow, we thought it did, but may have had it confused with another cabin). Overall, a good experience.

The Norcal house is great. It's got a great enclosed porch for a dog, and the house is great for kids. Agate Bay Realty is responsive and professional. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Love sitting outside on the huge deck and looking at the trees and the tiny glimpse of lake in the far distance. Inside is roomy with plenty of bedrooms and a large family room. Rented this place for a number of years. Most of the house is light and airy but the bottom floor is dark. The bottom floor is a bit uneven so just pay attention to that if you stay in one of the room downstairs. Downstairs is perfect for the kids to play video games and to get away from the adults.
