Owners Daniel and Lucie have aced the condo rental business!Detailed information was made available from the moment we rented until our departure, and always with a personal touch. They were always available to answer any questions we had, and we were fortunate enough to meet them while we stayed in ahwatukee. The condo was immaculate,tastefully decorated,and had a very well equipped kitchen. It is located within walking distance of 3 grocery stores and several restaurants. We enjoy hiking, and there are several hiking trails nearby. It is also minutes from I-10, making for easy access to other areas. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

After so many hours of traveling, it was very comforting to get into this nice condo. First impression is the cleanliness of the place and all the little attentions left by the owners Lucie & Daniel. There was information letting us know how to get food nearby, restaurants, walks or any other outdoor activities. Little attentions were there to ease our arrival: tissues, body and dishwasher soap, shampoo, toilet paper, shopping bags... Then, the next morning, we saw how nice it was outside, everything was so well groomed. It already felt like home, we knew right away that this place would please us for a long stay and it did!

"My Husband and I recently relocated to Phoenix and needed somewhere to stay while we were searching for a home. Lucie and Daniel's property was the perfect solution! The property was clean, beautifully maintained and in excellent condition. It was so nice to drive cross-country and land in such a homey place! The grounds were beautiful and we took full advantage of many of the amenities this rental offered (i.e the pool and the indoor gym). It was such a pleasure having such informative, professional and helpful owners to assist us! Overall I would rate our experience and time as stellar. I would highly recommend this property to my close friends and family"

We really spent a nice vacation in arizona. A big thank to Lucie et Daniel who made this possible. They love arizona and they shared that love with us. The condo is very comfortable with all the necessities and more. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is sunny and quiet. It is very well located with easy access by feet to grocery stores, restaurants & shopping. One day trip activities are also possible such as touring in Phoenix, Sedona, Scottsdale or hiking in the mountains or in the desert. There are also many golf courses nearby. We highly recommend Lucie and Daniel's condo to discover arizona.

When we walked in, a bottle of wine and welcome note greeted us along with a booklet full of activities brochures (that we could keep). The kitchen was the best equipped I have seen plus other amenities like beachtowels, pool bags, portable cooler, robes, and other things to make our stay wonderful. A fitness center was right out our back door and the pool wasn't too far away. Walking to 3 grocery stores (including Trader Joes), and a great frozen yogurt place was so nice plus great restaurants and pubs very close by. We like to hike, and there were trailheads very close by also. Access to major loops and highways was wonderful for us as we traveled all over the area. The condo is beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable. We are staying in here again in March, 2013. Lucie and Daniel have been wonderful to communicate with and we actually got to meet them briefly at the end of our stay.

After a lot of research we settled on this first class accomodation. Its location is ideal for touring countless numbers of most interesting sites with easy access using local roads and highways.
We thank Lucie and Daniel for their complete commitment to our comfort. Throughout our stay, they were always available to answer our questions and to make sure that our needs were met. We really enjoyed our stay in ahwatukee. Lucie & Daniel's condo is very well located. Walking distance to a mail for the grocery shopping with a variety of stores and restaurants. The property is very clean and well maintained.
We really felt like at home. We would recommand this place to all our friends and family.
