(Minimum of one week rental required) Minimum rental one week rental Saturday to Saturday except for urban apartments. Maison Fleurs offers a special setting for a small group. This house to rent in Aix en Provence has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people. This Italian style house is like a small piece of Tuscany in Provence. Color, light, and much gaiety and calm are abundant in this special setting: a recipe for happy times. There is endless pleasure in the views from the terrace, a perfect place to sit in the cool evening air, or to dine to the song of crickets. During the day while sunbathing beside the pool, fenced for small children that may... need supervison, you notice the reflections of the parasol pine trees that surround it. Inside the villa there are large living spaces, Sienna-colored walls, and a great blend of antique and unusual furnishings. A supermarket, bakery, butcher, and other conveniences are 1.5 km away. Then when not enjoying yourself at the villa you can explore villages for the local feel of France with their winding streets and historic flavor, or you can plunge right into the city of Aix (the city of fountains), and see the museums, Cours Mirabeau, Hotel de Ville, or the Cathedrale Saint Sauveur. The city of Marseille is also nearby for the really adventurous. On the south side of the Villa is the terrace, with terra-cotta tiles, and beyond that a pool with a wooden garden umbrella. Off of the terrace is the living room that extends into the dining room. In the living room is an interesting assortment of sofas, wall decorations, and a field stone fireplace. The dining area adjoins to the extremely well equipped kitchen with espresso machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and bistro table for breakfast dining. Also off of the kitchen is the back door that opens to the pine grove. Nearby, under a staircase is the washer and separate toilet. In an independent section, located on the ground floor and accessible from the entrance, is the Lila bedroom with a queen size bed, rustic furniture, and a beige shower room. Also from the entrance is a stairway that leads upstairs where there are 3 more bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub, shower, bidet, sink, and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The first bedroom is the Straw Room has a king size bed. The second bedroom is the Lavender Room, a serene decor with pastel shades, also has a king size bed and spectacular south facing views. The third bedroom is the Coquelicot Room, also facing south and overlooking the pool, it has two separate twin beds. The pool is fenced. The yard is partially enclosed, has an electric gate, and an outdoor lighting & watering system. The house has an alarm, and pool towels are provided. Four hours of maid service a week are required by the renter at 13 euros per hour. A concierge service is available upon request. Pool towels are supplied at the property.Read more
