Villa Helios offers comfort in abundance whether you're inside or relaxing out by the pool. The first thing you'll notice upon entering the property is that there's plenty of room. A lot of care has been taken to ensure that the furnishings complement the property and this can be seen throughout.

Akbuk is a peaceful and charming village, located in the centre of Turkey's most desirable coastline; the South West Aegean. Situated at the foot of gently sloping mountains, it extends around a turquoise blue bay where the air is crisp and clean.
Untouched by mass tourism, the picturesque village of Akbuk retains much of its traditional fishing village spirit whilst still giving holidaymakers all they could possibly need to enjoy their stay. * The full fee together with the breakages deposit is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
* A refundable damages/breakages deposit of £150.00 is required with final balance payment.
* This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

We stayed at villa Helios during July/August 2012 and found it to be the best villa we have stayed in. Jacky was absolutely brilliant with her booking and documents to get us there. She helped with cars and flights and really made us feel looked after. Whilst there, the management company and friendly neighbours were very very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself is clean and spacious with every amenity you could need. We drove, so getting to supermarkets and restaurants was no problem and and a kipa (tesco!) was being built whilst we were there. Lovely sea front walks along the promenade lead s to our favourite restaurants covent garden akquvaryum and pizza hatti. Would have no hesitation in booking this villa again. A fun and luxurious time was had by myself, wife, mother and two kids (ages 6 & 4). 10/10.

Just arrived back, what a fantastic holiday, villa up to all expectations just as Jacky described. Akbuk was a lovely holiday destination, not to touristy everyone very friendly would recommend Akbuk friday market great bargins to be had. Also a big big thank you to Al Khaja Group for all there help with excursions, shopping and just being there.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, big, big thanks to Jacky who was extremely helpful before we went. Villa is fantastic in a beautiful quiet location. Akbuk was lovely not yet spoilt by tourism, the locals freindly and the food reasonably cheap. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Myself, my husband, son and my sister-in-law, spent 7 days at villa helios and we had the best time ever, lots of time to just chill out by the pool and enjoyed cooking dinner and eating outside, the rooms were lovely and the decor also we are hoping to go back 2011, the location was perfect as it was quiet, and the walk was nice to the little town of akbuk, people were so friendly.
Very good communication all round with the owner of the villa Jacky there was nothing we did not enjoy thanks sharon gordon (barnet,herts) -

The service provided for the rental of this Villa was excellent. We were
extremely well informed of everything you could possibly wish to know before
we went on our holiday and on arrival a file has been left with every detail
inside. The accommodation was beautiful. Spacious, clean and great value for
money. Location was ideal. We had a very quiet, relaxing holiday. The
surrounding area offered great choice for meals out and sightseeing places
were not far away. The beach was lovely although we did spend most of our
time by the pool at the villa. The villa and pool was kept clean and cared for
throughout our stay and if we had any queries they were answered
immediately. There is nothing we didn't like about our holiday and will be
booking again.
