Located just two and half miles south of Akumal proper, South Akumal is a quiet gated community with lovely soft sand beach. Here you will find a handful of private villas and one small condominium property, Seven Seas. Seven Seas is an excellent choice for visitors hoping to enjoy the rich natural beauty of the Riviera Maya in lovely well appointed accommodations. The beach here is soft and great for swimming and snorkeling. The large pool on the beach side of the property is great for cooling off. Shade palapas, sea kayaks and great snorkeling make this a perfect place to relax and enjoy the setting.
Seven Seas #4 is a spacious second level two bedroom, two bath condominium that can comfortably accommodate four.
- The master bedroom has a King size bed
- The guest room has a King size bed.
Both rooms have an ocean view. There is also a queen size inflatable air bed available to accommodate a 5th guest. AC in bedrooms only.
There is fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and large living area. This unit has an easy elegance making it lovely to look at and just as comfortable to spend time in. Off of the living area is the furnished terrace, overlooking the large pool with full view of the beach and sea.

The bay is home to a vibrant coral reef, so there can be pieces of coral along the shore and in the shallow water. Some slip-on neoprene water shoes are usually a quick remedy to any worries about those. :o) You're right, the area is quiet and beautiful. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon, Nina! Response from the manager We are very sorry for your inconvenience. The flat screen wide TV was out for repair and is now back in Seven Seas 4. A dedicated WIFI router for internet access is now in the unit. The oven has been repaired. Guests can now request foam pad bedding for either king bed from Miguel, the manager. It is our hope that this will provide more comfort for our guests. Thank you for bringing these things to our attention. Thank you for staying at Seven Seas.

Response from the manager Thank you for your comments and thank you for staying at Seven Seas. A new, flat screen TV has been installed an a new dedicated WIFI router is in condo 4. The small TV was a replacement when the flat screen was out for repair. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
