Welcome to Jaguar verde!
We offer a typically mexican house rental in the subdivision of Chen Chemuyil. house is fully equiped, immune to the persavise resorts, about 30 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen and 10 from tulum downtown, just 7 minutes walk from a white sandy beach called Xcacel, a turtle nesting ground and all at a very afordable price.
This place, in full development is still a closely guarded secret!

Quelles belles vacances nous avons passées dans la maison de Jaguar verde à Chan Chemyuil! Maison formidable avec toutes les commodités souhaitées. La plage est proche et les attraits touristiques avoisinants sont très faciles d'accès: soit en auto ou en collectivo . Alex,. le propriétaire de la maison, s'occupe bien de répondre à nos besoins . On est très bien pris en charge par quelqu'un sur place qui s'occupe de nous. Nos prochaines vacances seront certainement encore dans cette maison car elle nous convient parfaitement pour visiter les alentours.

Pour ceux, comme moi qui ne sont pas des grands fans des forfaits tous inclus, voici une merveilleuse façon de s'évader du froid à un prix vraiment accessible.
Magnifique petite maison, très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire à manger et bien dormir.
5 minutes à pied d'une magnifique plage de sable blanc avec pratiquement personne. La plage est vraiment mon coup de coeur, un secret bien garder, je devrait pas en parler d'ailleurs. Mais le proprio alex à été tellement serviable avec moi et les gens de chimuhill (petit village à 2 minutes de marché de la maison) si sympathique et accueillant.
Que je peux m'empêcher de faire un peu de pub pour eux.
Je vous recommander fortement l'endroit.
Et surtout, aller à l'aventure dans les cénotés, Tulum, les tortues à akumal et snorkeling à Cozumel.

un séjour très agréable.Un endroit charmant propre et sympatique.À proximité de tulum akumal et playa del carmen.À 5 minutes à pied d'une magnifique plage municipal.Pour la modelo y'a pas meilleur endroit!!

It's a really quiet place. Pretty close to the beach and any other attraction. One of the best travel of my life !!! I would suggest this home at any one who want a great vacation far from the resort chaos!

The house was exactly as in Pictures, clean. simple. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe (police patrol), A ten minute walk to Xcacel beach, the best one around.
would recommmend. as long as you have wheels. you can enjoy the best of the mayan riviera within an hours drive there are so many nice places to see, we didn't get bored even though we spent 35 days. -

We had a great time in this beautiful place along the Caribbean Sea. Close to all services Jaguar verde is a haven of peace which is very well kept secret. Typical Mexican house very well equipped a few steps from the sea thank you! Stephane discovered for giving us this wonderful place. We will certainly see us again soon
