Villa Esperanza is a gem in the middle of the Yucatan jungle. The property features two vacation rental villas, fully equipped and furnished, with flat screen tv, satellite, sound system, laundry service (minimun extra charge). There is a common natural pool, that looks like a lagoon and a "Palapa Lounge", a bar, outside dining area, pool table, flat screen tv with satellite. WE RENT BOTH VILLAS TOGHETER OR SEPARATE SHARING COMMON AREAS, distribution of rooms and price is per vacation house, and in American or Canadian Dollars. Capacity of max.8 people per vacation villa. Choice of chef and barman, and use of the restaurant.

We loved Casa tequila. It has everything you need for a hassle free vacation for adults and/or kids. Spacious rooms, modern decor, big screen TV and wireless internet. Modern and self contained kitchen with ensuite washer/dryer. Great pool right outside your patio door. All inside a super safe gated community. Less than a five minute walk to the heart of playa del carmen...Fifth avenue and the beach! Shopping, nightlife and great food if you choose to eat out. The beach is beautiful and has all kinds of services. Twenty dollar massages and cervecas delivered to you beach chair. At the end of an exhausting day of lounging in the sun, you are just a short walk to Casa Tequila where all the amenities of home await. The service offered by the people at Casa Tequila was exceptional as well. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I even asked for a pink flamingo for a special occasion and it was delivered to the door within 24 hours. Next time I am in Playa del Carmen, I will stay here for sure!!! Thank you Casa Tequila

I recently rented this property with friends in Dec 2010. Everything went very smooth, and we were very happy to discover a clean and welcoming house. The proximity to restaurants and shopping could not have been better, and the pool was great too!
