Ina Tan Kanab seats ocean front in Akumal North, a place surrounded with nature and sea, at 5 minutes walking distance from grocery shops, cafes and restaurants.
Architecturally spacious, with a large terrace facing the ocean, balconies to seat outside, and walkways, specially designed for friends and couples with teenagers, or a wedding group.
Akumal was the perfect place to build this gorgeous vacation rental property.
The house has four air conditioned bedrooms, each with own bathroom, and three of them ocean front, only one ocean view.
The master bedroom has a king size bed.

60859Great villa in a great place (Akumal)

This villa is an awesome piece of architecture (reputedly designed by a student of I.M. Pei) overlooking the ocean just north of akumal Bay. We were two families with a total of 5 teenage kids and everyone loved it. Two separate buildings joined by a 2nd floor walkway, nice small pool, great kitchen and beautiful views from inside the main living room.It faces a rocky shore but the nice sandy beach and restaurants of akumal Bay are only a 6-8 minute walk away. A couple of minor things broke (the house is not new) but were fixed in less than a day. Great service by the owner-manager Ileana and housekeeper Theresa.

Everything was amazing; the view, the environment, the house, the services provided by the rental agent.
Only downsides were that water leaked into the house when there was heavy rain and that the beach was not directly in front of the house (but still very close). -

My only complaint is not staying longer. This house was fully equipped and luxury furnished, Everyone was completely comfortable and never cramped or bored. Within a few minutes walk to playground, restaurants, grocery stores ,dives tours and countless excursions. If you have lots of family or a large or small group this house is perfect!!
