Description from the owner
We have something for everyone here at Briarwood. We offer a room at the Inn, a suite with full kitchen and queen bed, a two bedroom cottage, a standard double or a king with jacuzzi.
We are situated on the water and are conveniently close to the town of Alberton where you can dine, shop etc. Golf Courses, Confederation Trail, Beaches are a ten minute drive from us. Come and enjoy the unspoiled natural beauty of Western PEI.

Beautiful location - easy to find, no problems at all with check-in, very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. Gary even volunteered to find us a feed of lobster, which he did and we ate them outside on one of the picnic tables. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 days and plan to go back sometime, we really liked it.

Gary and Debbie Inman were helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. I was very impressed with the beautiful big Heritage Fox Home and stayed in one of the rooms which was comfortable, clean and cozy. What I liked best was Debbie & Gary's attitude toward their guests...they made you feel at home. There is nothing I did not like about Briarwood. At the time I was there, it was an absolutely beautiful winter wonderland and I will be visiting again this Summer to enjoy Debbie & Gary's hospitality and tour the beautiful beaches and shops in the quaint town of alberton.

For one to understand and appreciate PEI, it's people, and it's culture, a visit at Briarwood is essential. Gary, Debbie and Shawna Inman ...whom I feel I can now call "family" made my stay an authentic experience with extensive knowledge of the area, it's beauty and it's food (lobster).
The Northwest end of PEI is a hidden beauty in itself and Briarwood simply made my stay all that more desirable. Can't wait to vist again soon!Response from Gary and Debbie Inman - 05/23/2011

Debbie and Gary were extra helpful with all of our needs. We loved our unit, We had all of the comforts of home. Briarwood is surrounded by beautiful trees ,walking paths and shoreline to the water. We loved the bonfires atnight and cooking seafood outside, also the closeness of all activies on the island. -
