The beautiful historic building once served as the school for the town of Albion. In 1995 legendary record producer, Bill Bottrell bought and renovated the place into a beautiful home for his family. At one point Mr. Bottrell moved his recording studio into the house and suc artists as Seal, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Shelby Lynne, and Sheryl Crow recorded or performed there. The house is 5,000 square feet equipped with a social gourmet kitchen, a library room with a stage, PA system, and microphones.
