A 10 minute drive (or taxi journey) will bring you to the bustling resort of Albufeira, where the Old Town comes to life with... a great choice of meat and fish restaurants, as well as music in the square. For those wanting to enjoy vibrant night life, why not try 'The Strip' - vibrant bars and plenty of restaurants to choose from! The famous Zoomarine aqua park can be a good day out with the kids, with dolphin shows and bird tricks to keep them entertained throughout the day. Situated just 4kms west of Albufeira the villas in these sought after villages of Castelo and Gale are generally a short walk from a small choice of restaurants, mini-market and bars, with the long sandy beaches backed by cliffs also nearby. Gale beach runs for over 5kms. Both beaches have excellent restaurants where you can go and enjoy the local ‘catch’ of the day! Vale de Parra translated means the Valley of the Grapevines and our properties here are in peaceful countryside locations, just a few minutes drive from the above facilities and beaches, as well as Sao Rafael which is backed by dramatic red sandstone cliffs. The village of Guia, renowned for its famous Chicken Piri Piri dish is just 5kms inland from the coast and 15 minutes drive from Albufeira.

Changeover day : Saturdays

Include in the price :
• prices per property and per week
• daily maid service, except Saturday, Sundays and bank holiday
• Towels changed 2X a week and bed linen 1X per week
• Water, gas and electricity consumption
• Swimming pool and garden maintenance

Not include in the price but available under payment :
• Cradle (0-2 years ) 9eur/day, highchair 15eur/week, extra bed 15eur/dia, Breakfast package, 13eur/person (minimum 2 people),steel safe ( where available),
• Heating cost in winter season

Other terms to be applied:
• The number of occupants must be fulfilled according to reservation confirmation.
• Minimum stay: 7 days
• Check-in since 3PM and check-out until 10AM.
• A refundable breakage deposit should deliver on arriving day (paid locally), it will be refund on departing day: 200eur, in cash or check. Credit Card not acceptable.
• Compensation should be asked in case of damages occurred during stay. We strongly advise you for travel insurance before travelling abroad. Local manager is not responsible any losses, robberies occurred both inside and outside properties.
• Pets are not allowed (except when previously authorized).

Payments
• 50% initial deposit, within 10 calendar days after our confirmation
• 50% balance 45days prior to arrival
