A luxurious newly built four bedroom villa in a superb location, just 800 metres from two great beaches and within a short walk of several restaurants. It's a modern detached villa furnished to an excellent standard, and with four en-suite bathrooms it's the perfect base for groups and families travelling on holiday together.
Set in enclosed private gardens with an electric gated entrance, just off the road to Castelo beach, Casa Ruana is the perfect base for a true taste of the Algarve whilst in very stylish and comfortable surroundings. The Algarve is arguably home to some of the best beaches and most dramatic coastline in Europe, and... there are two excellent beaches on the doorstep of Casa Ruana - Castelo Beach and Evaristo Beach.
Inside, the villa has been finished to an excellent standard with modern furniture and state-of-the-art appliances. On the ground floor is a large L-shaped, open-plan living and dining room with a comfortable leather sofa and several chairs, a large flat-screen LCD TV with English channels and a DVD player - you can also hire a Playstation 3 for £75, a great way to keep children of all ages entertained! The dining area has a large table and eight chairs and patio doors to the terrace and pool area.
The kitchen is tastefully decorated with modern units, chrome appliances and a central island breakfast bar and hob, plus there is access to the barbecue and seating area. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the garden. Also on the ground floor is a wc cloakroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms - a double and two twins - the master double and one of the twins have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and a shower, the final twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. There is also access to a first floor terrace with high quality furniture and wonderful sea views - this is a great place to relax and enjoy the late afternoon sun with a book and a glass of vinho!
Outside, there's a well established lawn area next to the pool terrace, the non-chlorine, saltwater pool is a large asymmetric pool with Roman steps. Also on the terrace are the sun-loungers, a barbecue and wooden dining table and chairs with a parasol. Keen golfers can practice their putting or the whole family can play for fun on the mini-golf holes to the rear of the villa, where there is also a table-tennis table.
There are several beaches in the vicinity which are worth visiting, such as Sao Rafael, Coelho and Salgados. Many of them have wonderful beach restaurants where the fish and seafood is fantastic and you can sit and enjoy the sea view and the natural beauty of the various coves and long stretches of sandy beach day or night.
Casa Ruana is a superb new villa, an easy walk from local restaurants and the beach and within easy reach of the marina, old town and resort centre of Albufeira, as well as several waterparks and golf courses. It's perfect for large groups of friends or families holidaying together in luxurious surroundings and within easy reach of all the amities needed for a enjoyable summer holiday.
