Villa Aica is a grand and imposing villa, situated at the head of a small cul-de-sac on the edge of the Guia region of Albufeira, within walking distance of the nearby restaurants, cafes and supermarket, and within a 10-minute drive of Albufeira itself. It's a spacious, bright and modern villa with high quality decor and furnishings throughout, set in a large garden with shaded terraces and a gated, lawned play area, and a separate child's section of the swimming pool, making it suitable for families with children. It's also just a few metres from the Villaparade Villa Andreia (ID 1094), so when combined is suitable for large families or grou...ps of up to 16 people.

Every room in the house is spacious and bright, and on the ground floor there's a striking, modern kitchen, with dark wood units and light surfaces mixed with stainless steel appliances. The living-dining room has an L-shaped leather sofa with plenty of space to relax away from the midday sun, or by night to settle down with a book or DVD. There's also a nice dark wood dining table and chairs, and two sets of patio doors leading to the shaded dining terrace, garden and pool.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor - two doubles and one twin - all are beautifully decorated using bright and summery colours. One of the doubles and the twin have patio doors leading to the pool, and all three of these bedrooms have use of two shower bathrooms.

On the lower ground floor there is a WC-cloakroom and a games room housing the table tennis table.

Stairs lead from the ground floor to a landing which doubles as a relaxing sitting area, perfect for a quiet hour with your book. There are two bedrooms up here on the first floor and both are worthy of master status. Both are extremely spacious with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors leading to an upper terrace, where there are even views of the sea in the distance.

Outside, the garden is a great space to spend endless days and evenings with friends and family. The large pool is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers, and there's a separate children's section next to the pool, there's also a small, fenced lawn area where young children can run around or kick a ball, away from the swimming pool. There's also a built-in barbecue and covered terraces for al-fresco dining.

Villa Aica is a beautiful villa, offering high quality, spacious accommodation for families and groups of up to ten guests. It's in a great location, just a short stroll from the nearest cafe/restaurant, whilst Guia and a selection of restaurants, a supermarket and bank, is just 800 metres away.
