Situated in well-maintained, landscaped gardens amid a development of similar modern villas, this holiday villa enjoys a prime location in Vale de Parra. This spacious villa is ideally placed near glorious Salgados beach and the golf course, which is just 2,5km away, and the fabulous Galé beach which is a little further away at 3kms. There are a number of bars and restaurants just a short stroll from the villa and the charming resort of Albufeira, with its variety of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife is 7km away and easily accessible by car.

This detached villa us decorated to a high standard and bright, neutral colours and stylis...h comfortable furnishings. On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining area with satellite TV and a table and six chairs, perfect for wining and dining, and a well-equipped kitchen with a host of modern amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. A family bathroom and a ground floor bedroom furnished with twin beds completes the downstairs accommodation.

Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, both of which have twins beds and a shared terrace, and 2 bathrooms both with baths, WC’s and hand-held showers.

Outside there is a pleasant, fully enclosed garden with patio furniture and a permanent barbecue, and a pretty pool area which is accessed trough a separated gate, making ii safe and ideal for children. Car hire essential.Read more

Changeover day : preferable on Fridays, Saturdays or Mondays

Include in the price :
• prices per property and per week
• maid service: 2X week, except Saturday, Sundays and bank holiday
• Towels changed 1X a week and bed linen 1X per week
• Water, gas and electricity consumption
• Swimming pool and garden maintenance
Not include in the price but available under payment :
• Cradle (0-2 years ) 9eur/day, highchair 15eur/week, extra bed 15eur/dia, Breakfast package, 13eur/person (minimum 2 people),steel safe ( where available),
• Heating cost in winter season (November till April)
• Air Conditioning : 5€/night/unit all over the year.
Other terms to be applied:
• The number of occupants must be fulfilled according to reservation confirmation.
• Minimum stay: 7 nights
• Check-in since 3PM and check-out until 10AM.
• A refundable breakage deposit should deliver on arriving day (paid locally), it will be refund within 3 business day after on departing day: 400eur, in cash or check. Credit Card not acceptable.
• Compensation should be asked in case of damages occurred during stay. We strongly advise you for travel insurance before travelling abroad. Local manager is not responsible any losses, robberies occurred both inside and outside properties.
• Pets are not allowed (except when previously authorized).
Payments
• 50% initial deposit, within 10 calendar days after our confirmation
• 50% balance 45days prior to arrival
