Within a few minutes´ drive from beautiful beaches, golf courses, small town with restaurants, shops and cafés, as well as coastal towns with vibrant nightlife, this villa is in an exclusive condominium in a rural setting, surrounded by Algarvian shrubland and native trees, such as olive and carrob. Only 25 units share a fabulous larger pool and smaller pool, which is excellent for sitting and chatting, or for children. Designed by an artist, the condominium has been developed to excellent taste using marvelous high quality local artesnal finishings like traditional tiles and terracotta.

For beach lovers, you can walk for miles along the coast just 7 minutes´ drive away. For golf lovers, the Nick Faldo course at Amendoeira is about 500 meters away! In about 15 minutes you can get to the Algarve Shopping Centre where you´ll find everything, but also the aquapark, or the historic town of Silves, with its castle and medieval festival. In the summer in particular, there is great nightlife in Albufeira, and fish markets and restaurants there and in Armação de Pêra, just a 10 minute drive away.
Yet, at this condo, its bliss. Quiet, selective owners or renters enjoying the very best of the Algarve. The villa has a dedicated manager on-site for any issues which may arise. A car is recommended - the international airport of Faro is 40 km away.

As soon as you step inside you immediatly find yourself Home.
Its not one of the soulless rental property, which are a lot in algarve.
Its 100% cozy and comfortable like owner made it for yourself.
Also, person who designed this condominium project understand people needs perfect!
We can imagine better area of place to stay in algarve such as arrancada village. So close to main cities and needs (such as praias, supermarkets and restaurants) and so tranquility and rural it is.
You will see, feel and hear nature from each window and walking around house.
We have a deams to spend all our life in this paradise!

We stayed here for Easter and had a lovely holiday. Perfect service from the house manager. The condo is nice, convenient and well equipped with plenty of Dvds. Very good with WiFi. Nice swimming pool. Alcantarilha is very cute with two good restaurants beside the church. The bone chappel connected to the church is worth a visit. Nice walking along the coast and along Rio Formosa. Fantastic juicy oranges were sold along the roads. I recommend the pata negra ham and the fresh fruit and vegetables that you can find in Continente supermarket. Will come back soon.

This house is really comfy with a nice fireplace. We slept so well in the comfy beds and in the quiet setting. The house is really well equipped and we squeezed juice from 15 kilogram of algarvian luxury oranges during our five day stay! Unlike many places, wifi worked all e time. When something was needed, the house keeper was very helpful and service minded. The pool deck was a nice place to hang out for hours and the swimming pool was clean and big enough for playing and some swimming. Garden is full of interesting plants.
The surrounding area on the algarvian coast has a lot to discover. We particularily enjoyed the trekking around Benagil with hidden beaches and wonderful views. The beaches were so many and wonderful! Many tanks to Sergio and Susana who let their charming place to us. -

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Sergio. Egalement très agréablement surpris en découvrant l'appartement, qui est en réalité, très spacieux. Tout y est, même la bouteille de vin blanc en guise d'accueil. Équipement complet moderne et de qualité. Emplacement idéal dans le quartier de Chiado pour découvrir la ville.

This house is perfect for a young family such as our own. It has everything you need, in a great location away from the main tourist areas and is completely peaceful.
Stayed for a week and wanted to stay longer. 10 minutes drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the aquapark, 45 minutes to zoomarine...it couldnt have been better located if we tried.

We went last summer and we had a great time there. Our childs spent a wonderful holidays whit the pool. The apartment was really full equipped and our housekeeper was nice with us.On the other hand the most important thing for me was that the place was very quietly and the condominium is in a rural setting. If you like the beach it take you only ten minutes by car

House was absolutely perfect for us, a couple with two little kids of 5 and 1. They've enjoyed everything: bunk bed in their room, swimming pool, having breakfast and dinner out in the porch... It's a really peaceful place, really near to the most interesting places in the algarve.
Very helpful owners in all the rental process, indications on how to get there and everything ready at our arrival.
House has everything one could ask: air conditioning, washing machine, complete kitchen, cable TV, wifi...
Beautiful and spacious bedrooms.
We'll definetely recommend this villa to our friends. -

We had a great family holiday in this villa. It had everything we needed. The small deck and BBQ area gave us the privacy to cook at home, while the landscaped area and pool offered us a place to socialise. What we most liked was the location: the arrancada development is small and cosy while alcantarilha is a tiny, typical Portuguese village with a few good restaurants and convenient markets. It gave us a taste of rural Portugal and access to the facilities of the algarve. Locally Slide'n'Splash, the praia at armação de Pêra and 'Ramires' restaurant in Guia were some of our favourite haunts. Our children would certainly want to return to this peaceful villa!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this gorgeous house, amidst the authentic and beautiful algarve landscape. The house is very elegantly decorated, yet very practical and overall holiday friendly! The pool is absolutely lovely and the smaller pool can keep your children busy for a long while! I would definitely recommend staying at this place, whether you are going on a family holiday or on a romantic getaway!

We stayed two weeks in July in this beautiful and well equipped villa in a very quite and luxurious development near alcantarilha. The huslte and bustle of the touristy albufeira with its busy nightlife as well as a great shopping centre and wonderful and very clean white-sanded beaches are close (both around 15 min by car) but not too close so that it is very quit and one can enjoy pool, weather and landscape.

We were looking for a nice, tasteful accommodation in a natural setting in the algarve - we didn't want the coastal towns which are too busy in the summer and empty in the winter. What we got was just what we wanted. We love the nature around the place, the view, and the lovely pool even though we didn't actually swim because we got a cloudy couple of days. We appreciated the natural materials inside and out, and the apartment was very well decorated and equipped with all we could need for a comfortable stay. Wifi was very useful. The place is carbon neutral, which we thought was an interesting touch. Realistically, you´ll want to have access to a car to get there and around to different places of interest. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family - not easy to come by this kind of place in algarve for this price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small, elegant and cozy condominium . Sufficiently far away from the buzz of the nearby town, we could enjoy the silence of the countryside, hear the birds singing and the bells of the sheep passing by in the evenings. And yet we were very near the lovely beaches, lots of great little restaurants, and next door to a big golf course.
The house was comfortable, the beautiful pool 3 steps away and the management friendly and professional. We want to come back!!

The villa was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable.
The amenities were wonderful also. We took our son there (5 years old), and it was very child-friendly.
We were visiting from Canada, and found the area quite beautiful.
We would definitely recommend this.
