Description from the manager
Villa situated in a residential urbanization of villas in Puerto Alcudia 500 meter from the beach. Outside there are covered and open terraces, garden, a barbecue and a private swimming pool 12 x 4,5 meter. Also there is an outside shower room and wc. The piece of land (540 m2) is fenced so the children can play safely around.
