All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The owner was very welcoming.The cottage had everything we required and was very well presented.The location was ideal for the New Forest and close enough to travel to surrounding areas of interest.
The owners had thought of everything you could require away from home to make the stay stress free. -

Excellent position to visit so many beautiful places in the New Forest. The Cottage is situated in a quiet area and is very well equipped. The Owners were friendly and helpful and the Cottage was cleaned and maintained at a very good standard. We fully recommend this Cottage and would book again if holidaying in the area.

we thoroughly enjoyed or holiday, the cottage was homely and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The Courtyard is in an excellent location for walking and visiting near by attractions that suit all ages. Tho owners made us feel very welcome which made our stay very pleasurable.We hope to return in the future.

The cottage is well planned out but a little on the small side. The kitchen was well equipped and a fair size but it was a bit of a squeeze around the dining table in an evening. The bedrooms were both a good size and the en suite in the master bedroom was a big plus point! There was a small enclosed area at the side to have a BBQ in but it wasn't big enough to have a kickabout in. The couple who owned it were very friendly and full of advice but not overbearing in any way! It was close enough to jump in the car to go and get a takeaway or shopping from the village but not near enough to walk for a quick pint. It was in a great central location to visit the sights at Salisbury, the New Forest, Bournemouth and the Dorset Coast. Ideal for your outdoor types who enjoy hiking,cycling etc or for those who have young children who are happy to stay in in the evening and relax from the days madness! There is a lot to do for children within a 30 mile radius and we were blessed with an Indian Summer and were lucky enough to get to the beach on a few days! All in all a perfect base for touring the Dorset/Wiltshire/Hampshire country side. Recommended!

Sykes were efficient and everyone I spoke to very helpful. I chose this as it was one of the few self-catering holidays that did short breaks with flexible start days and length.
The cottage was excellent; well equipped and comfortable.
There was so much to do in the area that I really needed longer there.
The owners lived next to the cottage and were great people to meet.
The only problem as far as I was concerned was the heating which I did not find easy to manage as it was electric heaters on a meter.
