Description from the manager
Our houses are beautiful. Internally all are identically configured. We have two large en-suite bedrooms upstairs and a very large kitchen and living area on the ground floor. This leads via expansive patio doors to a large private barbeque terrace.
We have a roof terrace which has incredible views of the Algarve coastline and inland.
There are hardly any steps at ground floor level meaning access with buggies, wheelchairs etc. from the house to the fantastic pools and garden area is simple and easy.

I stayed here for the Easter holidays march 2012. In this amazing house! Very clean, and safe.it's like been home from home..but a big plus is the sunshine! It has a Lovely pool that is very clean the kids will love it. And it was great been so near lovely restaurants and nice bars.enjoyed it so much I've already booked my flights to go babk in august..

We booked a long weekend (with last-minute cheap flights) in Quinta Colina and stayed in what was the show-house for the complex. We took a chance with the weather (being the last weekend in November) and we were really lucky.
It was shorts and T-shirts weather every day. The houses are beautiful, and while they're only two bedrooms, they're big houses and can comfortably accommodate four adults and two more in the living area if you're happy with a sofabed.
The place was empty, but we were told that given the season, it would be and that suited us fine. There are twenty holiday homes in total for rental
The grounds were lovely and the guys told us that they have plans to add a lot of amenities next year, including a state of the art gym in the basement.
The development is built on the crest of a hill with incredible views, particularly from the roof terraces, and beyond the manicured areas the land apparently extends over a huge area of hillside which is not exactly user-friendly at the moment
There's a really good small supermarket just down the road and a couple of coffee shops and restaurant nearby, but you definitely need a car. Between 2 and 5 kilometres there's a variety of places, and while technically, you could probably walk to the closest beach which is only 2/3 kms away, we don't think it'd be practical, and certainly not with kids. Hire a car!
This time we were two couples on a last minute break to the sun. We'll definitely return with our three kids.
