Approached by a long drive lined with palms, this substantial property is in a quiet, elevated position, in two and a half acres of land to the east of Praia da Luz, with lovely views across the bay of Lagos and also over Boa Vista Golf Course.

The turquoise, pebbled pool is most attractive with a bridge and a waterfall, set in spacious terraces with large palms and shrubs. There is a useful poolside bar with an American style fridge/freezer and outside speakers for the hi-fi (an iPod can also be connected). The owner has bought new poolside furniture for 2012. The covered barbeque area is delightful and there is a lovely bougainvillea... covered courtyard, dominated by an enormous palm tree, at the front. There is also an orchard with apple, orange, lemon, lime, olive, fig and avocado trees and a separate rose garden.

The L-shaped living/dining room has sea views and is comfortably furnished. The master suite has an extremely modern, spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and doors opening onto the eight person Jacuzzi with an overflow waterfall into the free form pool (the pool & Jacuzzi run off the same heating system) with a small children’s pool on a lower level.

Main house: L-shaped living/dining room. Kitchen. Master suite with king size sleigh bed (twin mattresses) & modern, spacious bathroom (Jacuzzi bath & double shower). 2 twins (1 with zip linked mattresses which can be made up as king size), each with shower room en-suite. 1 double with shower room en-suite.

Annexe: Living room. Kitchenette/breakfast area. 1 twin. 1 shower room.

NB For groups of eight people or less the annexe will not be available.

Prices are based on eight persons sharing. The supplements for either 9 or 10 people per week are between £400 and £600 depending on date of travel. When searching for the correct amount of people these supplements will be added to the booking form when making a booking.

There is a Refundable Breakage Deposit of £500 that needs to be paid with the balance, this will be refunded on return, subject to inspection.
