Cozy and comfortable new Duplex, well equipped and furnished with well-taken care of decoration, ideally situated in central Algarve typical calm village, 10 minutes driving from Albufeira (8km) with everything needed - shops, restaurants, market, bank, pharmacy and transports.
Nearest beaches are at a 10 minutes driving and so are the best golf courses.
The duplex is set in three floors and comprises a dining and living room with American kitchen, a master bedroom (160x200) and two rooms with 2 individual beds each, on the two upper floors.
It has an ideal capacity of occupation for 4 people but it can sleeps up to 6.

Algoz is a residential and calm village which provides all your every day needs.
It has a nice daily market with fresh fish, vegetables and fruit.
Neighbors are helpful and gentle and the condominium is very quiet. The partment has a parking place.
Next door you'll find one of the best Piri-piri chicken restaurants, a typical dish of the region and in more 20 meters another restaurant with a wide range of typical Portuguese food.
All daily amenities easly reached within 250meters.
With its privileged localization, geographically in the center of the Algarve, you can usufruct the advantage of having all the tranquility of a quiet village, but to be close to the agitation and the main tourist spots, like Albufeira, Portimão or Lagos - within 10 to 20 minutes away by car -, and the prettier and well-known beaches near Albufeira, such as Galé, Salgados, Evaristo, Coelha, just to mention some of the many along the coastline.
A small zoo, aquapark, Algarve Shopping Center, Medieval fair and concerts in Silves Castle (9km far) are also great events and also very nice to visit. In summer concerts at the beach in Albufeira at open air, free entrance, are a must and a great amusement to families, with or without chidren.
Faro Airport is at 35km (30 minutes driving) and the main way of access in whole Algarve, to west or east is Via do Infante Motorway, which is at 2km from the property.
A car is recommended for your convenience. To get the best of all the Algarve, which is not a large region (240km) and worths to be visited from both to the east and to the west part, and to the mountains, inland, if you like the country sightseeing and activities as hiking, biking or bathing in thermal waters.
Spain boarder can be reached in about 1:30h from Algoz if you fancy going.
Lisbon is at 2h driving through A2 motorway and the beaches along the coastline up north on the west side are stunning and well known by surfers (international surf festivals take place on some of those beaches, some of them deserts and reached only by foot).
Restaurants at the beachfront with fresh fish, seafood, almond and fig typical sweets and good wines, makes the Algarve a very much pleasant place to spend a wonderful time.
Adding to all this, a warm sunny weather all year round, are surely best reasons to make this place an unforgettable and a wonderful destination to your holidays.

The apartment is clean comfortable. quiet and well furnished. It is well located slightly away from the hustle of the coast but close enough to beaches and the likes of albufera for entertainment. There is a good chicken resturant near bye and a more cosmopolitant one just a short walk up te hill. Nice little market in the village along with enough shops for any ingredients you need. Nice apartment wel located.

Algoz is close to the beautiful beaches of the algarve, and offers the opportunity to discover the south of Portugal.
The house is very well located and very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to host a large family.
Algoz est proche des merveilleuses plages de l'Algarve, et offre la possibilité de visiter facilement le sud du Portugal.
L'appartement est très bien situé dans un village typique de la région doté de tous les commerces et un très beau marché couvert. Le logement est très propre et très confortable, et peu accueillir une grande famille.
Algoz fica perto das praias maravilhosas do algarve, e oferece a oportunidade de descobrir o sul de Portugal.

The apartment is in a very quiet and nice village, near shops and restaurants. It is located five minutes from the beach, by car. The apartment is very nice and cosy with all the equippements. It is very comfortable and clean. It is not expensive according to the quality. There we can find all we need for a very good holidays. We realy recommend it. We´ll be back!

What a pleasure to stay in this comfortable apartment. Anything you might want is at your fingertips - TV,stereo system,games,books,maps,bedding,heaters/fan,laundry facilities and an up-to-date kitchen. The complex is an easy walk to the main village shops and also the railway station/or bus if you prefer public transport to albufeira.We found the locals very friendly indeed.It is a lovely part of Portugal and not too far to all those lovely beaches or historical areas.
