Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment with a Roof Top Solarium overlooking Pool and Gardens.
Our property is situated in Jardin 13 on the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort in the region of Murcia Spain. The resort comprises of a Jack Nicklaus designed signature course with apartments set in gardens with swimming pools and play areas. Other sports facilities including tennis and squash are available at the Condado Club making it an ideal place for both golfers and families to stay.
The accomodation is a first floor 2 bedroomed apartment with a rooftop solarium furnished to a high standard situated close to the swimming pool in Jardin 13 with al...l the facilities of the resort within a short distance.
The apartment comprises of the following areas:
LIVING ROOM - It is furnished with a three seater sofa, chair, 32" TV with the resorts satellite TV system which includes the main UK TV and radio channels, DVD player, standard lamp, and nest of coffee tables. Internet access is also available.
DINING ROOM - It has a table and chairs for four persons.
KITCHEN - It has an electric oven and hob, fridgefeezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and crockery.
BEDROOMS - There are two bedrooms each with two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside table and lamp.
BATHROOM - It has a bath with shower head, sink, toilet, bidet.
BALCONY - There is a bistro table and two chairs on the first floor balcony.
SOLARIUM - On the roof top solarium there are two sun beds, table with four chairs and a parasol.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES - The apartment has the benefit of Airconditioning Units in the living area and both bedrooms, and a safe. Also towels and bedlinen are provided.

Condado de Alhama is situated in the province of Murcia between Alhama de Murcia and the Costa Calida resort of Puerto de Mazarron. It is a great place to holiday for both golfers and families. It is a safe enviroment being a gated community with both security on the entrance gates and mobile patrols.
The climate of the region is one of the best in Spain with over 300 days of sunshine each year, and this one of the reasons that a Paramount Pictures Theme Park will shortly be built about 5 minutes drive from Condado de Alhama.
Condado de Alhama was originaly built by Polaris World and comprises of apartments set in landscaped gardens with pools and childrens play areas, golf course, town centre, 3 football pitches. The Condado Club on the resort has facilities for tennis, paddle tennis, raquet ball, basketball, and football.
Our apartment is a first floor apartment in Jardin 13 overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with all the resorts amenities within walking distance. From the roof top solarium there are views off the surrounding mountains and countryside.
The golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus as an 18 hole signature course opened in December 2009 that is now run by Olagolf as part of their IRM Golf Experience. The course has already been the venue for several professional tournaments.
The Al Kasar town centre has a supermarket, the Clover Bar, currently there are three other restaurants/bars ,ice cream parlour, shops, along with community and local council offices. In the near future there will also be an American Diner, and French Bistro opening. The Clover Bar has live acts performing one or two nights a week.
The Condado Club has a bar that serves drinks,food and UK sport on TV, a function / community room, beauty treatment room, and a childrens room with pool and arcade games. During July and August their are two fiesta weekends with lots of activities including a Medieval Market, an open air stage with live acts in the Al Kasar town centre , and firework displays. Condado de Alhama is situated in Murcia / Costa Calida region of Spain. The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo are 15 to 20 minutes drive from the resort, also the mountains of the Sierra Espuna which are popular with walkers, mountain bikers,and quad bikers are a short drive away.
Pleasure boat trips are run from the marina at Puerto de Mazarron, also close by there are facilities for horse riding and Go Karting.
Murcia is the sunniest region of Spain with an average of over 310 sunny days. 5kms from the resort is the proposed site of the Paramount Murcia theme park the construction of which should start soon.
As well as the restaurants and bars on the resort there are many others in nearby villages, Camposol, and Puerto de Mazarron.
For those who like shopping there are many shops and shopping centers in the cities of Murcia and the historic port of Cartagena where there also many sights of intrest to visit.
The local airports are Murcia San Javier which is a 40 minutes drive from the resort and Alicante which takes about 1 hour. Also the new airport at Corvera is due to open this year (2013) and is about 25 minutes drive.
The local train station is Alhama de Murcia about 15 minutes drive from the resort.
The motorway road network around the resort is excellent and has its own exit of the RM23.
The use of car is recommended as there is no local bus service, however for non drivers there is a taxl company on the resort that operates cars and mini buses and is reasonably priced.
For those with cars there is an allocated parking space close to the apartment.

The cleaning fee is actualy 55 euro and is payable localy on arrival to our keyholder. As well as cleaning this fee covers meeting and greeting you on arrival and laundry of linen as well as cleaning after your departure.
