Set in quiet urbanisation with a five minute drive to nearest village, Alfaz-del-Pi and ten minute drive to lovely villages nearby like, Altea, Albir, La Nucia, Benidorm or Villajoyosa where all amenities can be found with a variety of Restaurants, Shops, Adventure Parks etc. Half an hour inland there is the second most visited site in Spain called Guadalest. 5 minutes walk from the front door there are lovely country walks in the woods or along hills with beautiful sea views.
Alicante Airport to the south (50minutes drive). Quiet area yet not far from all amenities.

Perfect apartment in quite residential area i. The hills of alfaz. Two spacious bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The pool was a nice bonus. The terass too, with breakfast in the sun overlooking the hills and sea. Everything was very nice and clean, everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Very nice land lady, if anything was missing she fixed it! We will definately come back!

My family stayed at this villa in Sept 2011. We had a wonderful 2 week holiday here. The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. It is situated on a quiet, residential hillside with beautiful views of the mountains yet still within a short drive of a local town and the main supermarkets and beach areas. The pool is large and well maintained. The owner, Eva, is lovely. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She lives on the top floor of the villa so is around to help with any questions if needed.
I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing retreat. We enjoyed it so much we are hoping to go back early 2012!Response from Eva - 01/20/2012
