Book at fantastic prices and spend your holiday in a peaceful area which has all amenities close by, but is still in a quiet location, close to the resorts of Cabo Roig/La Zenia and Campoamor, including wonderful beaches & golf courses. Our lovely pool area is literally 2 minutes away! The beach is 5 mins drive away, one of many, & we have over 20 golf courses within an hours drive-4 are only 5 m...ins away!!! Don´t worry if you want to relax & not bother with a hire car we have a local bus service to the beach which also connects with the coastal road in both directions enabling you to explore without driving. Local taxis are extremely cheap too.

This great holiday property in Lomas de Cabo Roig near to Cabo Roig, is close to Blue Flag & Q Quality beaches - virtually on the doorstep!- & an incredible 20 plus golf courses within an hour and a half from the property! 4 are within a 10 minutes drive away, a golfers paradise......... Families and couples will find this well equipped 2 bed, with a large bed settee enables 6 to sleep comfortably, 2 bathroom property an ideal base for the beautiful beaches the Southern Costa Blanca is so famous for - an ideal base for holiday activities.

The roomy property has been furnished & fitted out by the owners for their own comfort, not the rental market. There is a large garden with a roomy BBQ area-ideal to relax in the evenings and have fun with the family. A covered patio area provides welcome shade & for sun worshippers who want their own private area there is a large rooftop solarium. The property has a large garden/BBQ area to the front, nicely screened by the colourful planting. The outside covered patio area to the side is the ideal place for breakfast and al fresco dining and just right for that after the beach drink to relax even more! Entering the property there is a large sitting/dining area, very nicely furnished with easy chairs and a large bed settee. There is satellite tv, an ipod docking station and a nice choice of books, dvds and cds to while away the days. This room also has air con. The open plan American style kitchen has plenty of equipment to allow you to cook and enjoy the wonderful fresh produce, fish and seafood available in this area. There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with patio doors leading to a large balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have air con and ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom on this floor has a bath/shower, washbasin and toilet and also a washing machine. Stairs lead to the private rooftop solarium, where you can see the sea, furnished with garden furniture for maximum enjoyment

Locally, within 5 mins walk, there are bars, restaurants, shops, internet cafe and a supermarket. There is a local bus service to other centres with an even larger choice of bars and restaurants and also to the beach. The many beaches are from 5 mins drive away, most have facilities to enable you to spend the day there.

The fun doesn´t stop there though there are so many historical cities within easy reach-Cartagena, Murcia with its fascinating city centre - even the world famous Alhambra in Granada is a few hours drive away. Within an hour you are able to reach the cosmopolitan City of Alicante and, a short drive from there, the Paramount theme park of Terramitica with rides to rival those of Disney, the numerous animals at TerraNatura and the cool relief of the many water rides at Aqualandia near Benidorm. From there it is a short drive to the lovely mountaintop village of Guadalest with 360 degree views of mountains and almond trees in full blossom. Barcelona, Valencia and Madrid are a one hour flight away- Seville and Morrocco are within easy reach thanks to the 2 airports we have access to-Murcia 30 minutes away and Alicante an hour away - and the great motorway network on the doorstep.Explore or just relax and enjoy your holiday - the choice is yours!   My two children and I stayed last year. I cannot fault the property on its comfort and cleanliness and Elaine was always helpful and had a smile on her face. The neighbourhood was lovely and people always spoke to us. The children particularly liked the private swimming pool which was close by. Highly recommended.

  Really nice apartment, very spacious and clean. Plenty to see and do,beach around the corner as well as a communal pool which was lovely and rarely busy. We visited a couple of the local markets (Elaine was very helpful and directed us to the best ones) which had plenty on offer and great value! we also visited Cartagena whilst the festival was on and it was fantastic! We were made very welcome by the manager Elaine who took us to and from the airport and helped us with any queries we had which made the holiday all the more enjoyable.

  We had a wonderful holiday. The location was perfect, just a short walk from bars, swimming pool and even mini golf. The house was clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed. The house was comfortable and we are able to relax and enjoy our stay. I would recommend the house to anyone who wanted excellent accomation at a great price.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was comfirtable, spacious and had everything we needed with the added luxury of the extra bathroom. The garden area was delightful and we would definitely stay again.
