Our home is a two story upgraded end unit townhome with panoramic views of the hills, mountains and city lights! The home is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings (on both levels) which makes it airy and bright! It does offer plantation shutters and dark out draperies for those mornings you want to sleep in! Since it is an end unit and backs up to the top of a hill it allows not only additional privacy but a quiet environment in which you can enjoy as a relaxing retreat. It is truly a great place to retire after a day of exploring and fun! The décor is upscale rustic as we wanted to capture our travels in Italy and France. It is designed with earthy tones on the walls, overstuffed couches complemented with rustic tables and accessories. We are VRBO travelers ourselves and have gone to the extreme to make sure we offer you a stay that is both comfortable and memorable.

Our Master Bedroom offers a TempurPedic King bed with a full size dresser and two nightstands to offer you the ultimate storage space. You can also enjoy our cool nights with the fireplace in the sitting area or enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the balcony that extends off the Master Bedroom while enjoying the sunrise or at night the moon, mountains and city lights. The Master Bedroom offers two hers and his closets, a Jacuzzi tub, shower and double sinks with granite countertops. The 2nd bedroom offers privacy on the other side of the home from the Master Bedroom, in addition to a Serta “Perfect Sleeper” queen bed with two nightstands and one large closet. The 2nd bathroom offers a shower, bath and single sink.

This was our home for 8 years and we love to cook and entertain so the open concept kitchen is equipped with the gourmet cook in mind. All appliances are stainless steel with granite countertops. There are two ovens and the main oven/stove is a high grade Garland Range (Garland no longer makes residential ovens only commercial), dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, wine glasses, plates, linens, coffeemaker, silverware, spices, etc. The kitchen also has a counter bar where you can sit, eat or enjoy talking to the cook while dinner/breakfast is in progress. There are 3 stools for you if you want to belly up to the bar! The kitchen opens up to the den area which looks out onto the patio and view.

There are two living spaces, one is a den and the other is the living room. Both are provided with overstuffed couches and televisions if you need two separate areas to enjoy your own space. Both rooms are separated by the dining room that looks out to the spacious patio area and views.

The patio is large, private and peaceful which offers a BBQ where you can prepare your favorite meal while having a glass of wine/beer/cocktail and reading a good book! The patio is nicely landscaped and offers palm trees, deck, two eating areas and several lounge chairs in order to make sure you relax and enjoy your tropical surroundings.
