      A lovely peaceful holiday

Left on 09/06/2012 for a stay in July 2012

Like the private location of this house .this is our second stay here.the only bad thing I would say about bungalow is the main bedroom smells a bit damp, but didn't put us off in any way, very cosy in all other ways,
The location was great to explore Shropshire and Wales ,in spite of all the rain this year we only had one day it rained all day
Missed the wecolme cake this year ,it would have been nice to have had some wee welcome even if just some milk to get a cuppa on arrival, all in all a great holiday.

      Perfect Retreat

Left on 07/25/2010 for a stay in June 2010

We found the cottage to be in an excellent location. Very quiet, but close enough to the amenities in Church Stretton. Local pub served excellent food and were very welcoming. Walking in the area is superb and will suit all abilities. Listening to the bird song in the garden after a days walking was a delight. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The only slight criticism was a that there wasn't the usual folder with information, we didn't know what we were to do about the bins for instance and there was no advice on what were the good local restaurents/pubs to eat at.

      Having One's cake.....

Left on 12/18/2009 for a stay in September 2009

A great location to stay; especially for walkers or for those who like to drive around and enjoy part of England's finest countryside. Awaitng our arival was the most delicious victoria sponge. I hope to book the cottage again for the same time in 2010. There is still so much to see - I hope to visit the site of the "Victorian Farm" next time.

Peaceful accommodation in a very convenient location

Left on 12/18/2009 for a stay in August 2009

A pleasant little bungalow in a very convenient location, though the cottage itself is situated down very narrow lanes. A home-made jam sponge cake was left to welcome us and it was delicious and much appreciated! There is easy access to all parts of Shropshire and surrounding areas but the cottage is extremely quiet despite its proximity to the A49. There is plenty to see and do in the area without having to drive too far, we particularly enjoyed Attingham Park and the market in Ludlow. The bungalow is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable, but be careful when using the oven, as its design makes it easy to catch yourself when taking hot food out. One thing that was not so pleasant during our August stay was the number of flies that kept appearing in the living room and which we could not seem to get rid of. Apart from that our stay was very enjoyable and I would certainly consider using the accommodation again.

      Bungalow in All Stretton

Left on 12/02/2009 for a stay in May 2009

The house had been recently renovated and decorated and well equiped. Easy to find it is ideally located for local facilities and within easy reach of Shreswbury and Ludlow and main routes.

The house is equiped with underfloor heating and a multifuel burner.

Facilities include a good cooker, TV, microwave, fridge freezer, and in the shed a barbeque and garden furniture.

We enjoyed our stay in an idylic setting.
