This five-bedroom mountain home is close to lakes, streams, waterfalls, and wetlands. Awesome hiking is right outside the cabin, and numerous amenities grace the home's interior.
Up to 10 travelers can stay here, benefiting from the six-person hot tub, flat-screen high-definition television, and wood-burning fireplace. There are also three gas log fireplaces and three massage tubs for your relaxation pleasure.

Very lovely home fit our family need for a wedding stay. Was not equiped as it should have been - no wine glasses, plastic water glasses, not enough washcloths - disappointing since when we had checked it out in the spring it had been decked out. Also difficult parking. the home was lovely.

Wonderful retreat! We had grandparents, sister and family, and ourselves. Fun to be with the whole family under one roof! Enjoyed filling the hummingbird feeder and watching them all day! They are a little camera shy but was able to get some great pictures. With 10 people in the house everyone had good night sleeps, only thing bad is that thier were not enough glasses in the cubboard, seems we had to wash them constantly. Otherwise just bring paper cups with you. Looking forward to returning one day!!! Thank you Pinebrook vacations!

Very nice, recently build home with lots of room for large families. Bed rooms on three floors offered great Separation, yet large gathering areas. Not far from Estes Park and a great place to stay for a Wild Basin Wedding just down the road.

It was beautiful,serene, and exciting and I mean everything the Cabin was one the nicest places we have stayed. The surroundings were breath taking. Also a bear was on the deck one night that was very cool!!!!!

River Run was the perfect home for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and plenty of living space to find a special get away space. We really appreciated the wilderness setting and a limited amount of electronics to distract us from the wildlife and beauty of the mountains.
We would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a comfortable home tucked away in the mountains. It was close enough to varied activities such as white water rafting, ATV riding, hiking trails, Estes Park, shopping and of course dining out.

Our family was looking for a place near RMNP where we could spread out and have enough bed and bathroom space for all to be comfortable. We wanted to be close enough to town to access restaurants and amenities, but far enough out of town to have peace and quiet in the evenings and to be able to enjoy the local wildlife and star gazing. The River Run home was a great fit for us - on a nice lot backing up to the local creek with swarms of hummingbirds, cute little chipmunks, and many birds visible right from the deck of the house. We also liked the easy access to hiking trails at the Wild Basin entrance to the park. The family-sized dining area, spacious (and well-stocked) kitchen, large washer/dryer, and wireless internet access were hits with the whole crew, and having enough bathrooms for us to finish our showers in the morning in short order with plenty of hot water made the whole trip more pleasant for everyone. Would definitely recommend for multi-family groups - just need to watch the stairs with any toddlers.
