Description from the manager

Built in 2008, this secluded carriage house sits above the treetops with great views. It's cozy, peaceful, and frequently visited by wildlife.

Ideal for a couple, this one-bedroom home sleeps two people in the double bed. In the morning, make some breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Once you've finished your last bite, step into the shower and enjoy the hot water on your back. It will feel especially good after a long day of skiing the previous day.

      Amazing Place

This cabin was perfect for our weekend away. It had everything we needed and was great for sitting back and relaxing. Quiet, peaceful and away from it all. We will absolutely be staying here again.

      Sensational September

Left on 09/21/2012 for a stay in September 2012

We searched for a perfect get away to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and found it here at the Treehouse. From the Greeting with Sandy as we arrived to this cute & cozy place to stay for a week with all the ammenities you could want including all the beauty on the outside with easy access ( walking distance to national parks trail)as well as to the quaint & friendly village of allenspark. Driving distance to & from all of National Park areas an easy drive to Estes Park. Sandy made us feel like good friends along with her 2 horses that I became very attached to. The weather was perfect with crisp saphire blue skys early sunrises over the mountains viewed from our deck, colors of yellow with patches of orange and red along the hiking trails. Spectacular !!! Beautiful, peaceful mountain getaway

Left on 06/04/2012 for a stay in May 2012

Upon arriving at the Tree House we were taken back that it is above a garage/barn (that never posed a problem). But as soon as we stepped in we were amazed at how clean, new and bright the cabin is.

The cabin is basically a studio but it feels very large. The bathroom is a great size and really nice tile. The floors are wood near the bed and couch. Nearly every kitchen utensil you could need is kept in the cabinets. When you step out on the deck, you can hear the wind roaring over the mountains. We filled the hummingbird feeder and the birds flew in to feed as we sat on the deck.

It is a very beautiful 25 minute drive to Estes Park. A Roosevelt National Forest access point is 1.5 miles from the cabin and the popular Rocky Mountain National Park hikes west of Estes Park are probably about 35 minutes
