The Luppbodemüh...le is a former water mill located in an area where noise protection measures are in effect. The property has a total area of 2.2 hectares and its own creek, the Luppbode.

The mill is on a dirt road; it is ideal as a starting point for a hiking vacation. We are hiker-friendly hosts, too, offering much by way of information as well as hiking maps and advice.

The apartment has a floor space of 115 sq.m. It is large enough to accommodate 5-7 people; the furnishings are light, modern and tasteful.

There is a spacious living room with dining area; tuner, CD player and MP3 player are provided, as is Wi-Fi internet access.

A large separate kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment, whether for creating full dinners or just simple fare. There are two bedrooms, and the living room has enough space to put in an additional bed. Without noise and on comfortable beds, your good night’s rest will be guaranteed.

The bathroom offers bathtub, shower, washing basin and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. The outdoors area offers several terraces. Parking spots are available on the property. House and apartment are non-smoking.

We also offer rooms with breakfast included. Just ask about availability.

Rental prices include water, electricity, bed linens, towels and kitchen towels.

From October 1 to May 1, an additional EUR 10 are to be paid for heating costs.

Pets are permitted; fee of EUR 3 per night applies.

Tourist tax of EUR 2 per person above 16 years, 6-15 years EUR 1 per person.

Safety deposit of EUR 150 is required; will be returned in full when no damages occur and no things are lost.

Vacation in the Luppbodemühle
The former watermill has long since gone out of use and is now the ideal starting point for a hiking vacation. It is at 400 m above sea level in the triangle of Bodetal and Selketal valleys and the Harz national park, and thus a part of the Harz, the northernmost mid-altitude mountain range in Germany. Its highest peak is the Brocken with 1142 m.
The mountain village Allrode is a Harz village already mentioned in documents from 961; it is in walking distance from the mill.
