I wholeheartedly recommend a Suite on the Bay.
We had the pleasure of staying there near the end of September of 2012. It was an absolutely great couple of days and nights for us. The owners - Art and Lorraine were extremely hospitable, gracious and kind. The suite was very private, well-decorated and clean with high-end furnishings. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was great for meal preparation, the bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water.
We loved this accommodation and are looking forward to staying there again next summer when we are hoping the weather will be a bit better.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a Suite on the Bay ... and we will return again some day.

I took my girlfriend there as a surprise getaway for her birthday. It was a beautiful suite with everything you need to prepare your own meals if you so choose. The electric fireplace was a nice touch and the view was amazing.
We both had a great time and 2 thumbs up to art & Lorraine

Great location from which we did day trips for our first time in New Brunswick. It was so peaceful and calming to sit on the deck and watch the rise and fall of the Bay of Fundy. The Plummers were great hosts, and the suite is the perfect size for a couple. Private, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again should be get back to New Brunswick

Everything we needed to relax and recharge...even the beautiful "Spa" music that was playing to greet us on arrival was pre-set and to actually sit on the porch and watch the tide, wow...had breakfast at our leisure and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean...it was all we had hoped for and more. Warm hosts that advised us where to go for dinner and prepared such an inviting haven for us...we brought it all home in our memories...Thank You.

Great spot In a great location for a great price. Located just a short drive to the fundy national park where the are plenty of things to do such as hiking and swimming. The accommodations were very modern and really well decorated. Not to mention the bed was sooo comfortable. The suite has everything you need to cook, and clean, and if you're missing anything just ask one of the owners who will gladly help you out, or provide you with what you need. The view is spectacular and relaxing, and the suite is as private as you'd like it to be. Thank you to art and Lorraine, it was certainly one of the many highlights in our trip.

Perfect location on cliffs above Bay of Fundy, perfect view. Lovely suite with all the amenities and tons of brochures and information on the area Lots of privacy, but owners are very helpful if u need them. Hated to leave after four days.

It was our first trip to the Fundy Shores of New Brunswick. Everything was wonderful. The accomodations were excellent and the hosts art and Lorraine were very friendly and accomodating. The view was breathtaking. It was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was provided, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was quiet, peaceful and there was lots of privacy. I would go back in a heartbeat! Only one complaint...our stay wasn't long enough.

Art & Lorraine were the perfect hosts a family with a 10 year boy might have. They have rapidily change the house to accomodate our son. How gentle and attentive.
For the suite, the photos are talking by themselves. Very, very nice.But you have to go there to appreciate the pillows and the sheets! Location is perfect, at a very convenient distance from alma (miam, lobsters...) and the Bay of Fundy National Park. And all the good advices, leaflets, phone numbers, how-to? You can have them from Lorraine! Art gave us also information on some hidden gems of the region. Ask him on how to reach Tom's Island and you will not regret.
The only thing we regret is that we don't have the prefect weapon for mosquitos, just to be able to further appreciate the lawn in front of the patio,with its fantastic view on the Bay of Fundy and New Scotia. Briefly, we discovered an exceptional place. Just as the hosts!

The room was modern and clean. The owners were friendly and helpful. Rates are affordable, however if you want to be close to a city you are about 45 minutes to an hour away, if that does not matter this is the right spot!!

The suite is a separate floor of the house so you have complete privacy yet the owners are nearby and very helpful with directions and recommendations. The suite is artfully decorated in a contemporary style and everything you need is provided. The photo of the bay really is the view you see from the porch or through the sliding glass door. The location between Fundy National Park and Hopewell Rocks is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a wonderfully quiet spot on the Bay. Art & Lorraine are wonderful hosts, ready to help with whatever you ask. The Suite was clean, comfortable & the location was convient to area sightseeing. Most of all it was a quiet, comfortable place that we would visit again.

What a great spot right on the shore, with the feeling you have the place to yourself,and close to fundy National Park. The pics on the web site don't lie. It really is awsome and I would definitely stay there again next time through.

The owners were so friendly and polite, we loved them both! Their home was immaculate yet inviting! The location is nice because it's out of the way but so relaxing. There was nothing we didn't like about a suite on the bay. If you need a quiet relaxing getawayz..i highly recommend you go!

We spent 3 nights at a Suite on the Bay... and would love to go back!! Art & Lorraine have created the perfect setting for relaxation. It was good to have a place to come back to after our sightseeing, and to be honest, we could have spent some days just relaxing there and it would still have been a wonderful holiday. It is perfect for a couple - only 1 king-size bed - and the bed takes up half of the living area, but compared to a hotel room, it was huge and roomy.
We loved the idea of cooking many of our own meals since my husband is Celiac and we have to be careful where and what we eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook and eat there. And when we sat on the barstools in the kitchen and ate our breakfast or dinner, we had a perfect view of the bay, and the occasional hummingbird coming to the hanging flower baskets. -

This place is absolutely perfect for a couple looking for peace and quiet on the Bay of Fundy.
My husband and I made good use of the cooking facilities and BBQ. There's nothing like having breakfast overlooking the Bay of Fundy. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Lorraine and art were the perfect hosts, very friendly yet respectful of our need for privacy. Fantastic location, close to the Hopewell Rocks, Cape Enrage and a wonderful beach where we walked on the ocean floor for miles! We really enjoy seafood and bought lobster in the town of alma, a 15 min. drive, and it was absolutely wonderful.
Thanks for everything art and Lorraine!!

What a lovely accomodation with a beautiful view. All the ammenities one could ask for. Art and Lorraine are very pleasant and are not intrusive at all.
Thank you for those amazing bed sheets.
Just make sure to grocery shop while in Moncton. Bring a cooler with ice so that you can store your perishables for the drive to the Suite.

What a fantastic experience to stay at art & Lorraine Plummer's vacation home. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by art and given a tour. Any questions were readily answered; and telephone numbers, emergency info & local information was written in a binder for us to peruse. The area is unique and picturesque and so peaceful. And...what a beautiful home to vacation in. Exquisite really! Everything was there to have a fantastic holiday. Art & Lorraine are wonderful people and we would certainly stay there again.

Well...where do I begin? I arrived in a taxi, as my rental car reservation at the airport was given away, and as a result it was much later in the day than anticipated. Art drove me to the nearest town(30 minutes) so I could grab a few staples. Lorraine kindly brought me some food, and every anemity that I could dream of was within reach. I was so in love with my little place. The decor was a mixture of modern and quiet country. The bed was amazing, so comfortable and the sheets and duvet was so soft and good quality.The best part however, was the view!!
A hundred steps from the house was a spectacular view of the bay of fundy. I spent one day at the bluff's edge with a blanket, pillow, a good book, and sunglasses. With the warm sun on my skin, a gentle breeze in my hair, I left all my cares and worries behind. There was a little outdoor porch with comfy chairs, with a barbeque (if I was so inclined)a beautiful garden. In a closet were folding chairs, umbrella, board games, extra blankets, everything you could possibly think of right there!
I was sad to say good-bye to art and Lorraine, who welcomed me with open arms, who treated me like I was their daughter. I know I will come back again and again, so however sad I was to say good-bye to my beautiful place I will be back!!
I love, this spot. I whole-heartedly recommend anyone with a brain to go!
