The refurbishment has given place, this villa a new look and better housing conditions. Although simple, this space gives its occupants a reasonable comfort. In addition to carport for 2 cars, has a barbecue grill for your end-of-day and a small garden to relax.

Inside is a room with a LED 42 "with cable channels, DVD player and a sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, etc.) and all the utensils you need for your holiday .

I...t also has 2 toilets complete with hairdryer and 3 double rooms.

Belonging to the municipality of Almada, Aroeira (prime area of the Municipality of Almada) is located on the south bank of the river Tejo, where sandy beaches stretch for 30 km to Cape Espichel. 15 minutes from Lisbon, this villa has a great location for anyone who loves the beach. The villa "Batuca House" is located 5 minutes from the beaches of the Tile Source, where the Atlantic Ocean coast offers a continuous sand out of sight and a multitude of beaches!

In the area have large areas of eucalyptus, pine and acacia trees that accompany the fine white sands. Most beaches are watched during the summer, have parking and restaurants / bars for support. Also in Aroeira which lies one of the best golf courses in the country (2 golf courses with 18 holes each one designed by Frank Pennick and Donald Steel), which is less than 3 km of "Batuca House."

But this place is much more than beaches and large areas of sand. In the Capuchins, there is a Convent, originally founded in 1558. The Capuchin viewpoint offers a breathtaking view and at night can become an environment conducive to mystical and romantic promises and vows. 10 minutes from the coast, also known as Belvedere viewpoint of Boca do Vento, provides fabulous vistas over the River Tagus and the city of Lisbon in the background, in the presence of the April 25 Bridge to unite the two shores. The panoramic lift on the left side of the Belvedere, unites the historical part of Almada (also known as "Old Almada") to the ancient sites of the bull's-eye, now transformed into a recreational area: the Garden of Rio de Nice where can make a stroll through the Cacilhas Ginjal.Read more

  We stayed in Batucahouse for two weeks and had a wonderful holidays.
  
  The house is in a perfect location, both to visit Lisbon, Sintra, Cascáis, etc. as to enjoy numerous beaches in a few minutes.
  
  The owners are very helpful, have the house in perfect conditions, and even welcome the clients with a basket full of local, organic products and wine.
  
  All the equipment is new and you can enjoy a good TV and fast internet connection. Everything is as in the photos in www.batucahouse.com. The garden is beautiful and the irrigation is automatic.
