Torre Blanca is a three bedroom villa occupying a privileged position right by a beautiful sandy beach in the Cala Panzio area. Its exceptionally peaceful location, situated between San Juan de los Terreros and Villaricos, is one of the very few spots with idyllic and unspoilt beaches on the coast of Almeria. The property has been fully refurbished throughout and is tastefully decorated in whites and pastel shades, which, combined with the open plan layout of the ground floor, creates an airy and spacious environment in which to relax. The villa's three double bedrooms are all comfortably furnished; the master on the upper level has a private... balcony which affords unrivalled vistas over the treetops and the glittering Mediterranean. The lounge and dining area are spacious yet cosy, various artefacts and objet d'art adorn the walls, French doors allow plenty of natural light in and sea views can even be enjoyed from the sofa! The exterior of the property features a paved patio area ideal for barbequing and dining "al fresco". We do recommend though parents with small children to keep an eye for them in this area. A small pool, great for kids or just for adults to lounge in, is situated a few metres from the villa. A short path through the garden leads you directly on to the beach. The sea here is ideal for those who enjoy snorkelling and scuba-diving. The town of San Juan de los Terreros is just 5 km distance. Here you will find numerous good restaurants serving a variety of fresh seafood dishes. The romantic old town of Mojacar, perched high on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean is 30km away and right after this begins the "Cabo de Gata" natural reserve.

Two floors. Ground floor: Entrance leads into the open plan living / dining area that contains one L-shaped 6-seater sofa, one armchair and a coffee table around an open fireplace. There is also a Television, a DVD and a CD player and a large glass sliding door that opens onto the terrace and outside area. The dining table seats up to 6. There are two twin bedrooms (0.90m x 1.90m), one of them with sea views. The kitchen is fitted with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is seperate outdoors. There is also a WC. First floor: There is a master suite with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. It has sea views and also a terrace with sun loungers and a table. There is a bathroom with two washbasins containing a bath and hand-held showerhead. Grounds: There is a large parking space at the front of the house, an outside dining table with a parasol, a hammock, a private swimming pool 4m x 3m with sun loungers and an outside shower at the back of the house with a gate leading to the beach.
